I know I just get soooo excited thinking about seeing her do everything! I don't want to rush the year by.. but is it October yet??

Thanks for adding me! It will be great to have a fridge! She still loves her milk at bedtime! We are doing the dining plan so we can now do the breakfasts in the room and save our credits for the rest of the day! Yay!!

That's what we do. We have most breakfasts in the room except we do a sti down breakfast on our last day (non park day) Saves so much time and money to just grab a quick bite in the room.

Yeah, sorry but all but one of your days is spoken for and I already received TinkerbellAbbiesMom's info (she asked first). I only have 10/28 to 10/29 open at this time.

I don't keep a list of back ups since there isn't enough storage space on the PM window. Sorry If your dates do become available in the future I will post it here on this thread.

Yes as Fire14 said we are still going (have bookings thru Dec.) and it is exclusively at POP. If you are staying at POP and your dates are open (see list first page, first post) we would love to have you join. If you are staying at another resort check around and you can find some. I know there is at least one ongoing at the All Stars and you can use it if you are staying at one of the 3 All Stars.

Dana, you can have it! Once you get 10 posts send me your info (full name, ressie #, check in and out dates with approx. times) and contact # while at WDW. Then I will put you in as confirmed.

Quick way to raise your post count is to read a few trip, or pretrip, reports and post a comment or a question. It can take a lot of time to write TR so posters really appreciate it when someone takes the time to post a comment.

Morning all!

I realize that vacation plans can change. Life interrupts. Job Changes, health issues, change in dates, upgrading to another resort, etc.

However, if you have confirmed with me that you are going and then I don't find out about your change in plans until 1-2 weeks before you are scheduled to go it really jeopardizes my entire swap. I would hate to have it all come to an end after 3-1/2 years because one person failed to notify me of a their change in plans.

When I don't hear from a swapper about confirming with me that they've made contact with their swappers, or a I hear from a swapper that they haven't been contacted by their fellow swapper, I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and time to respond.

Well, unfortunately, this time I apparently gave too much time. I sent multiple PMs and emails to one swapper and never heard back. So today I called (using my free weekend calling) and found out that the swapper wasn't going after all. Now I have a big gap coming up soon that I really need to fill ASAP.

AVAILABLE 3/29 to 4/10 inc. Easter Sunday

I also have a new opening in May, 5/3 to 5/12, AVAILABLE as of today.

Thanks to LuckyDuck for letting me know as soon as she could that her plans had changed. This gives me plenty of time to get another swapper.

In order to avoid this problem in the future, I really need to know you have made contact/arrangements with your fellow swappers a min. of 2 weeks before the swapper before you will be there. That means if you are going May 5-12 but the swapper before you will be there April 20-29, I need to hear from you that all is set 2 weeks before April 20 (April 4th). If not I will try to send you a PM asking for confirmation. If I don't hear back in a timely manner (and your fellow swappers haven't heard back either) then I will have to re-open your dates in order to have time to fill the gap.

So, if you are in my swap and don't see a by your name and the swapper before you is arriving in less than 2 weeks you need to contact your fellow swappers and let me know all is set. Thanks,

Sorry, but I don't keep a backup list-I just don't have the PM storage space, or time, to.

If any dates become available after being spoken for I will post it on the first post and usually post a reply mentioning the new opening. Sometimes, if I don't have to go back too far on the thread to find a posting (and I remember the approx. dates) I will send out a PM.

For the recent opening I had I posted a mention about the dates on a POP countdown thread. I've done this before with success.

So, sorry, it takes enough time to just organize the swappers who are going, I can't do a backup list as well. (This especially goes for all those who keep requesting the dates in Sept. that I am holding for myself. I've probably gotten at least 20-25 requests for my dates and each person thinks they are the first one asking.)
