Hellooo...helloooo.oooo...oooo....
Is there an echo in here? It's been awfully quiet! Has everyone been busy? We've had Spring Fever around here, everyone just wants to be outside all the time! Even the cats! Dusty, our old cat who hates to even
look outside, has ventured out a few times -- we were all very surprised. Jonas runs out every chance he gets and has been busy trying to figure out how to open doors -- so far he has only gotten as far as climbing the screen door.

Roxy snuck out the other night and spent the night in the garage & attic. When she finally came in the next morning, she couldn't decide where to go first: litterbox or food dish!
I am going to once again try my hand at some simple gardening this afternoon. I picked up a packet of butterfly garden seeds, and a few geranium plants. Usually I have 2 black thumbs, but for some reason I keep trying every spring. Wish me luck!
How is the job/job hunt going, Nicole?
Amber, are you back from your visit yet? How was it? Did Spencer like the DVD player? I bet he loved it. I hope the car ride wasn't too bad.
I bought our plane tickets for the way to MCO for our Sept. trip!! I've been keeping a close eye on the Southwest site and the rates went down just for a few hours. Since I paid with my Southwest Visa card, I should earn enough points for a free flight. I am hoping that will come through soon enough to apply it to the return flight, because those prices are still sky-high!! My mom said she thought we had a talk and decided to cancel the trip -- I got all panicked and said, "Now does that sound like me?" Turns out it was a dream she had.

It had better not come true, I need that trip to look forward to!
Emma had her last day of preschool yesterday, she wouldn't even say goodbye to any of her friends because it was too sad.

They had "field day" and she said it was lots of fun. I took her to lunch at McD's, the library, and then she showed me a Chinese market my mom goes to sometimes. It was really neat. They had lots of candy that I've bought in Epcot! (and it was a lot cheaper here) Who knew you could get Hi-Chew right here in Kansas?!
