The on again off again tr day 1,2,3 updated

ok so here goes. its my first attempt so go easy on me

Day one
February 1st

I had everything ready so it was up, had breakfast and my dad dropped us to the airport. here she is all excited awww

ash was really good on the plane. we were picked up by the bs transport guy and in no time at all we were in the santa fe. as everyone else was on the bus the check in was empty

Ash was asleep so we went straight to the room to dump our bags and up to the shop by the santa fe to stock up as i refused to buy a bottle of coke for 2.50 during this trip.

It was then 3 o clock so we headed to the park. this time by the bus as i was not walking three times a day and back like last time . i have to say i dont find the buses that bad. its amazing how many people they can fit on them and they are very regular. even if its packed it is only for a minute and a half coz i timed it one day

So we reach the park and i look to see the stage boarded up as i was convinced this would ruin my view but it had all characters on it and didnt look so bad. ash had a great time taking pics with all the characters all week. ash woke just before we got the bus so i got all the wows when we first went in i love that part . she was like wow mommy its lovely i like it bless.

so we stolled down mainstreet my moms favourite part and headed straight for something quick to eat. we tried the chalet de la marionette and i paid 30 euro for food that was horrible and most of it left behind. never again. counter service is just not that good at dlrp. then we went to do some rides in fantasyland but being a sunday afternoon it was fairly busy. my mom refused to go on the storybook ride or casey jr as it was too cold so i was a bit upset but we went on the carousel, the cups none of which would spin and small world. which ash decided is her fave ride and i have no idea how many times we went on it all week. she still asks can she go on it every morning

we then went on buzz and had a stroll around the park. i really wanted to hang on till candleabration as i was so excited to see if they would light up the castle but my mom was getting tired so i said if we could see it tomorrow then i would go back to the hotel. you have no idea how hard it was for me to leave lol but we had had a long day.

back at the hotel who did we bump into in the hotel shop only

and they he was led into the cantina restaraunt. i saw this happening a couple of times this week at around half eight.

then it was off to bed.

would it be freezing again tomorrow?
would i get to see the castle lit up??
would ash go on small world again???

Day 3
February 3rd
ok so today we decided that as there was no emh we would head to the studios first for ash.

it was cold again and there was still snow left along the edges of the footpath but me and ash didnt notice lol. ash was really excited as this was the first time she was in the studios and had great fun practicing saying bonjour and merci when going through the turnstyles.

i walked around making mental notes of where the characters would be coming out soon.

after walking around we decided to bring ash to anamagique

after that we saw sulley was out and queued up. but he went back through the door before it was our turn. ash didnt mind she had great fun with mike and the yellow fella as she calls him. although the bigger kids using the scream machines gave her a bit of a fright

we then went to see stitch live. what a brilliant show. ash was mesmerised for the whole thing lol. i loved when he picked people out but my mam wouldnt go back again *** she was afraid he would pick on her

next up we went on cars. again ash loved this. it made me very woozy i couldnt walk straight when i got off..

we didnt see anymore characters around which was a bit dissapointing but so we decided to head back to the main park after browsing around the shops of course.

after heading onto main street i saw some of main st vehicles in operation. they were on every day this week

just as we went in we saw the mary poppins show was on. i nearly jumped up and down *** this was taken off the schedule so i didnt think it was on. so we stood and watched that for a while although it was half way through when we got there.

again after looking through the shops we made our way to fantasyland where storybook land was once again closed. and yes my mam had to listen to me ranting at her for a couple of minutes sorry mam

so ash spotted iasw so we went back in there for the first time today.

then onto the usual rides it was so quiet there were no queues. i excused myself from potc again by tempting my mam away with the promise of lunch. i still cant believe i spent half the week afraid of going on potc

so we headed to the village and went to the rainforest cafe. ash fell asleep in her buggy so we ordered and ate most of our food before waking her. she couldnt believe her eyes when she woke up lol. but she enjoyed her meal and bellys full we headed back to the park.

ok its high time i got this report finished. for anyone who is still interested thank you for reading

so to take up where i left off

Day 3
Part 2

so we headed for fantasyland again, this is where much of our time is taken up lol. we went on peter pan, the cups and then ash spotted small world again so we had to oblige her.

we then went on the carousel and half way through the ride ash spotted some characters and wanted off of course we had to wait till the ride finished and then she met pluto, daisy and stitch. i need to get rid of that dummy agh!!

we then found the dragon for the first time. i never knew you could go around the side of the castle. i thought it was pretty cool but there were quite a few kids crying. ash on the other hand is afraid of nothing and loved it lol.

by now it was time for the parade. we took some seats at the castle stage as we were going to have a rest but the stone seats were freezing so we made our way across from belle notte. this worked out great as it was empty and we got to see the princess stop. as always snow white and cinderella came over to give ash a hug and a kiss. she loves those two

i still cant believe how few people were watching from there lol.

after the parade my mam went back to the hotel for a rest and me and ash spent the rest of the afternoon in the park going on rides and having a wander around. ash was brilliant as my mam took the buggy with her and it was much easier without it on my own. disney is the only place ash wants to walk. we watched candleabration again. i will really miss not seeing this show it was a lovely way to end the day. we met up with my mam again in the village and went through our nightly ritual of browsing the shops. we could spend forever in them even though they all sell the same stuff

we did, we had an amazing trip. i think this is the same time you are looking to go next year so it will give you an idea of the weather and the crowds. which is sorta cold but fine if you have a warm jacket, there was only one day i had to wear that stupid hat . the lack of crowds was the best thing of all. it was brilliant.

I've had a good look at your pictures, and it looks perfect to me - enough people about to give it that "buzz" without the stupidly long queues for everything! The cold we can cope with, we do come from "sunny old England" after all
