Plus it's one of those awkward days at work where something happened last night amongst the management because admin person quit but noone is quite sure what.

Was one of those 'glue' people in the office that's just gone. Going to miss her.

Oh well...

Yep. Email from one of the office principals this morning to say she had decided to 'move on effective immediately'
Was like the office glue this admin person. We need her. But I guess she had a disagreement with one of the other office managers and decided life was too short

To say this office is about 85% A type personalities would be an under statement.

Sigh....

I might check in later....my company is running an overnight love-in from this afternoon through to 5 pm Saturday. I won't be on much.

Back home to pack and then running out the door.

It isn't a lot of fun....its one of those office meetings, held off-site and lots of talk and company rah-rah. I have to put on my glass-all-full-hat, wear a teflon and kevlar suit and duck and weave the actions that invariable come out of these sorts of meetings. Naturally, these actions that are dished out are always expected to be completed outside of work hours and for the love of the company.

Meeting kick starts this evening, we stay overnight and then continue all day tomorrow!
