I think 40 was being generous, I believe Harrison Ford is in his 50's and probably Stallone is too. I'm not sure about the other guys.
Oh and I left one out Arnie is going to be back, Terminator sequel also in the works. He is definitely in his 50's and looks great. I do remember when I thought 30 was sooo old.
