Great find. I never have that kind of luck, then again, I've only been to 1 yard sale in my life. I guess you gotta go to find stuff don't ya.

Okay, I went to a yard sale last week and found my niece ...

A HOUSE!!!!!

My friend and I went yard saling in a REAL exclusive neighborhood here in Atlanta, beautiful OLD homes. My niece is coming here from San Francisco and is looking for a nice old home in a COOOL neighborhood... her words exactly.

We stopped at one house that just took my breath away. It was different, the epitome of COOOOL and looked just like her! It was a single woman's house, not for a family, a single person with style.

It was contemporary on the inside, 2 bedrooms up and one down. There were window and skylights everywhere and I just fell in love with it.

The owner asked if I wanted anything... I said, Yes, this HOUSE! She laughed and told me she was the owner AND the realtor and it was for SALE. She gave me the paperwork and the PRICE, which was UNBELIEVABLE for that area and I emailed my niece immediately. She comes down June 30th and we already have an appointment to tour it.

It's being rented right now and it available in a few months which is good because she wants time to settle. She's coming in from San Francisco so all of the homes in Atlanta will seem like they're FREE!!!

Holy Cow Robinrs, that is quite a find! My sis lives in Buckhead and had a friend in Vinings find their home the same way.
