I can get in no problem. Just can't add friends to list.

On my computer webkinz.com looks like it's been pirated by one of those marketing/advertising websites. It has lots of links to stores where you can buy Webkinz, but no option to login to Webkinz World. I even tried Googling and going through the link and come up with the same unfamiliar opening site.

Anything that starts www.webkinz comes back to that same site for me, but customerservice.webkinz.com opens up looking correct. However, when I try to login from there, it times out.

Must be having problems tonight.

Maybe try Clearing Cookies, Temp internet files, History see if that helps.

OK, we just went and tried it and it's doing the same thing it was doing this morning. When we drag the figure to the box, it disconnects us from the site. EVERY TIME!

Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this problem?

Sorry your still having issues. I was on DDs and I was able to drag the figure out and put it back no problems. I know they have been working on stuff, they just added the wish factory. That could be causing problems. Hopefully you'll be able to get it to work soon.

Just thought I'd let you guys know, be on the look out for the little yellow wacky guy to fly by. DD was playing and saw him flying by and was able to click on it. It gave her a candy hyper bat.

I've been on several accounts all day and night - not continuous, just at different times!

I haven't had any of the problems you guys are talking about. I have heard about the link going to that other place - the one with the picture of the girl. I hope clearing out your history solves it. You could check Webkinz Insider for help - that's where I first read about it.

There are a lot of changes happening right now. I can't wait to spin the new wheel tomorrow - I want to get 10 Wish Tokens so I can check out the new Wish Shop. And I need to find a pig!!!!!

Anyone having a problem signing on tonight? I don't know if it is just busy or if it is my computer. It lets me sign in, it says loading for about two seconds and then I just get a blank green screen. Any ideas? Thanks.

What are all the ways we can win tokens? Have they released that? The Wish Factory character, Amanda Panda, said you could earn them different ways but wasn't too specific. Can we play games to get them? I haven't been playing much, but I did log on and get a chocolate bat.

They said that you can get a token tomorrow, so look on the hourly activities for it.
Another way you could have earned one was to adopt the POTM.

I spinned the Wheel of Wishes and got a token!!!! The Wheel of Wishes spin is for the whole day, so you won't miss it.

There is also a Zingoz floating around and you can get a chocolate bat. I got 1 so far.

I got a few bats, and got some Wish Tokens. I have four accounts - long story - and got them on three of them. But you can't send them in Kinzpost. Cuz I would get to ten much quicker that way!!!

I'm sorry all you guys are having troubles. I know sometimes my internet just drags, so it looks like the page isn't loading and the green screen is there forever, but then Webkinz pops up. I hope it all gets fixed soon for you.

Anyone else feel the "Wheel of Wishes" was a disappointment?? I thought there would be wishes on it, not tokens that you have to earn more of (somehow???!!!) to get to buy a wish. Should have been better stuff on "Wheel of Wishes"

I got a token and my DD got a mohawk from the Wheel of Wishes. I think whatever we get from the Wish Factory must be big, because it's going to be hard to get tokens.

I've gotten a number of bats this morning, chocolate and candy.

I tried to do the new wheel of wishes, clicked spin and then it logged me out..

so I log back in, and it says I already had my spin... uh no, you logged me out

Another addicted webkinzie here! I am totally bummed as I can not log in this morning. I get the log in page and it loads to the pretty green background and that is all I get...this has been happening a lot lately....and now that I have read so much of this thread, I really want to play. DD just bought 3 new ones. We added them and they got their owns rooms. We can add anything to the rooms. You know who when you go to place something in a room you get the green square.. well she gets nothing.

I checked Webkinz Insider about this - you aren't the only one:

But it doesn't look like there's really a solution except to wait. One person noticed they have problems on Firefox but not IE.

Congrats! Did you get a trophy?

And I agree with you about the Wish Factory. It's like the Kinzville Academy - I just don't see an end in sight with the classes, so I stopped.
