We did an add-on on in December and just got our second gift box. I haven’t opened it yet actually but I assume it’s the DVC water bottle, cooling towel, certificate etc, the previous poster mentioned that we got our first round. So you should definitely get that, as well I think a few have lovingly called it their $30K water bottle

They just put VGF back on the add-on tool on the DVC site once you log in. It is $265 per point.

If regular room bookings get soft again, I wouldn't be surprised if they flipped another outer building to DVC to sell more points. It would be easy to do.

My understanding is they could not add another building to the current association because there would be less than 40 years left on the life of the contract. I am sure someone with a better understand of FL timeshare law will post if I am incorrect but I think 40 years is the minimum so any additions now would have to be a new association like BRV and CCV.

That how I was able to finally grabbing them after missing out. DH will kill me if ask to add more before they sell out, but he did say I can grab more later on. I guess worse case scenario I can buy them resale down the road but Disney was super easy.

We usually walk over past Poly to the Transportation Center and take the EPCOT Monorail from there, it save a lot of time. But we like to walk so it might not be to some people's liking.

That is a really good point. I think our friends mentioned trying that so maybe we should have tried it!

Is there a specific date to borrow from the next year to book double points?

Everything is based on UY of the trip. It can be booked with banked points from UY prior, points from the UY of, an borrow from UY after to complete the trip.

So, if you want to visit in June 2026, you can use banked 2025, 2026, and borrow as many 2027 as you need to complete the trip.

Points need to be banked first before you can use them.

It might have been an old video. The microwaves were installed some weeks after BPK opened to guests.

Yes, they are there now. Just a heads up - the mini refrigerator is more of a cooling refrigerator, I was not comfortable it was cold enough for milk and cheese for any long period. I might bring a frig thermometer next time lol.
