I've only got 2 episodes of season one left. Dang! And I see on a preview I watched that Sookie kicks Bill to the curb! WHY!!?? Someone tell me why she takes Sam over Bill, I don't care if you spoil the next episode for me, I'll watch it anyway.


K...nevermind. I went back to find the answer right here in the thread and I did. Looks like I'm going to be disappointed in Sookie once again. Bill went away because he protected HER! And she wants to shack up with Sam??!! HUH!!??

YIKES!!!! I just watched the last two episodes of season one! HOLY TOLEDO VAMPIRE MAN! They were both intense. Can't believe it was Rene and can't believe Sookie nearly beheaded him! I knew Bill wouldn't die, but that was still scary seeing him that way. Glad to see she came to her senses and they're back together. Why do I have a feeling Jessica is going to mess that up??? Well, don't know when I'll get to see Season 2 as Netflix has unknown, but I did enjoy Season 1. It is a WEIRD show, but I like it!

Who Dat Say They Gonna Beat Dem Vamps??

This is awesome for those of us in the area! Players from the N.O. Saints are going to take on cast members from Twilight and New Moon in a charity baseball game! Players keep getting added, like Lafayette from True Blood, so that may mean even more TB cast members! I just bought my tickets. DH likes baseball and the Saints, I like Twilight. We both enjoy True Blood. A perfect fit!

I dumped HBO for Showtime after the Sopranos ended, so I missed the first two seasons of True Blood (had no idea what I was missing). But after reading/watching Twilight & the Vampire Diaries, I bought the first season of True Blood. I loved it and was going nuts waiting to see the second season, so I finally bought it on eBay. (great price, $30). Needless to say, I got back on HBO and can't wait for season 3 to start. So if you're having True Blood withdrawals you can always pick up the second season on eBay.

I probably should have added that my second season copy of True Blood is no doubt a bootleg copy. Sorry, I couldn't stand waiting until May to buy it, and it wasn't on Demand when I finished the first season on DVD. Also, my internet is too slow (air card) to watch in on the internet, so a bootleg copy was my last resort. It's pitiful the things addicts will do....

I'm not going to judge you. I added Showtime to my lineup for season 3 of The Tudors. Much to my dismay, it was no longer on demand. UGH! Luckily, that is starting up soon and they slowly added each season back to the on demand menu. I finished getting myself UTD last week. Waiting is awful when you're looking forward to something.

On another note, this week's Vampire Diaries was very interesting. Then they show the previews for the next new show... March 25th! WTH!?!?! That's almost as bad as having to wait until June for True Blood.

I pre-ordered my copy of Dead in the Family on Amazon. It was only 12 bucks! Is anyone tuning in to the reairing of season 2 (and its in HD too!). I'm recording them but I haven't starting watching them yet.

I was flipping channels & accidentally found HBO was re-airring TB on Sunday at 8pm. Glad to hear this might be a regular thing. It means they are gearing up to the premiere of Season 3.

Hi ya'll! I'm a fairly recent True Blood addict, but have read the book series (what has been released so far) and watched the first season. I started to watch season 2 on my ipod the other day (killing time in an airport) and was a little disturbed by the gore in the vampire bar basement scene. I stopped watching a little bit after that and have been a little nervous to start again. Can anyone tell me if that was the worst of season 2 (in terms of gore) or does it get worse? I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to graphic blood and guts.

It's HBO. Just close your eyes during the bloody parts. I do.

(I'm not into all this gory Vampire stuff. But Bill glamoured me as I was flipping channels. ) I just put my hand over my eyes or look away. The gory stuff goes by pretty quickly so you don't miss much of the story. And it's pretty evident what's going on, even when you close your eyes.
