I just wanted to let everyone know that when I called a little after the 11 month window opened the week after was available but I couldn't change my vacation dates, so don't give up hope

I'll add to your pixie dust collection and I'll try to help even more. We're actually scheduled to arrive at the THV on June 4th. We'll try to be really loud and make it so bad that one or two of our neighbors will leave. Summer in Florida in a tent doesn't sound fair so someone needs to go (as long as its not us).

Seriously though lets hope things work for you... when are you going to be down in WDW?

We stayed in one in March break and really loved it! Had a great location with a water view, close to boat launch and walkway to SSR. The pool, though small, has a great hot tub, and we found it to have plenty of sun for most of the day.

Also, the bathroom, open to the hallway does now have a lock on it. Just the one in the master suite doesn't.

I will be at the THV in about 10 days (made my reservations on the exact 11 month mark). I'll click my heels together 3 times for pixie dust for you while standing in the middle of mine.

We will be leaving Texas on June 4th, arriving in orlando on Sunday if the waitlist comes through if not then Saturday.

As of now, we are still 'tenting' it. I really don't mind staying in a tent but I do have a problem with the shower situation since my guys are too big to come in the ladies room and too young to go into the mens by themselves. We always camp for a week every year here later in the summer so the heat is not really to big of a deal but where we camp they have individual showers.

I cancelled my THV waitlists. I'm going to try another time when I can call at 11-months out and it isn't so busy. I now know that early December is not the best time for high demand units! (I totally get the reasoning but had never thought about it before.)
