Have been on the waitlist a few days after the 11 month mark opened up and still nothing.
Anyone else care to join me in a little pity party....
You may ask why is she throwing a pity party, well if look at my siggy where it says June '10........
.... A little pixie dust sent my way would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody else on the THV waitlist?

I called MS at 9:00:10 exactly 11 months before a check in date to get a THV reservation for December 2010. I was told they were all booked and asked to be placed on the wait list. We just heard last week that we got it! About 2 months from wait list request to granted request!

We are on the waitlist for December. We missed the 11-month mark by a few weeks because we decided to move up our trip. At the time there were 8 units available through central reservations. A lot of THVs availability has to do with the fact that they haven't all become available for use with DVC points yet (sorry, I forget the term). I have been assuming that we will not get our waitlist and that our chances will be better in the future. On the other hand, the above post sounds promising!

Just wondering though, does the unavailability of the THV got something to do with the 48% discount the Brits get when they book SSR through the brittish disney travel compagny?

Nope, THV's go pretty much at 11 months. There are only 60 units...

I hope your waitlist comes through. We waitlisted right at the 7 month mark for THV for our August trip. It came through in less than 24 hours. I felt like I'd won the lottery. Here's to hoping that you get what you want!
