Oh I am so sorry you are having so many troubles. I pray everything works out better for you in the end.Ok guys, it's been a rough month for us: my husband lost his job, and then yesterday morning on my way to work the tire on my car blew out and I wrecked the car. Luckily no one else was involved and I wasn't hurt at all (and the car is 18 years old so doesn't take much to total it), but it's been just...stressful. We now have to get a new car ASAP so I can get to work.
But it hasn't been all bad: we have savings to buy a used car and my husband got a conditional job offer yesterday (crossing fingers it works out!), and my parents have been super helpful with the whole thing. We are very blessed.
Mostly though, I've just been so grateful for the distraction of the disboards and grateful that we've already paid for most of the trip so even if DH didn't find a new job we'd still be going to Disney!Only 41 days---can't wait!

Lyft or Minnie van would by far be the easiest. You could also take the bus to MK and walk to the Contemporary for free.Just booked dinner on 9/3 at Trail’s End. Looking forward to it!!
ETA: I was also able to add Boma for dinner on 9/7. Any suggestions on the best way to get back to Contemporary from AKL? Is Lyft the easiest option? I don't mind doing the Minnie Van...

We did this when we went from Pop to Beaches and Cream. I know the Minnie Van was more expensive that. Uber or Lyft but the cast member was fun and was able to drive backstage and got us there quicker. We wouldn't do it every time but it was definitely fun.Thinking we will just Minnie Van to avoid security hassles. Thanks!

I don't think it's worth making a special trip unless you want to also want to travel over there to do other things, like watch the Boardwalk performers. I love the mini-kitchen sink (in the Mickey pants bowl), but I think the ice cream is way better at Ample Hills (on the Boardwalk). No ADR required, so you can just play it by ear and see how you feel. Where are you staying? I'm wondering how out of the way the trip to B&C is.
Kitchen sink or no
Did everyone see the Free Dining bounce back offer for next year? Anyone planning on booking it? We're going to book for September 5-14, I think! Our first time that we will book Deluxe! We're thinking Contemporary or Beach Club!
No Kitchen sink! Just the sundaes! We will have park hoppers in case it's a good idea to go into Epcot?
