Oh... I see I'm not the only one watching Disney Movies like they're going out of style right now huh??? LOL

I just watched The Princess and the Frog last night for the 1st time. I really liked it! Loved the music as well.

I also keep watching youtube Disney videos....39 more days until we leave to start our vacation, and 44 days until we're actually at Disney (stopping in Myrtle Beach and Savannah on our way down.)
I can't wait! I'm going stir crazy!!!!!!!!!

Someone had told me to call WDW and tell them that my DH and I will be celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Did anyone ever hear of this or do this?

We did this last year. I'd have to go through my Disney stuff to confirm, but I think we received a couple of Happy Anniversary buttons. We also had a voicemail waiting for us at our resort of Mickey and Minnie singing Happy Anniversary to the tune of Happy Birthday. It was really cute, and we recorded it on video to capture the moment for future anniversaries!

You know how when you make a reservation they always ask you "will you be celebrating anything this trip?" Well, at least they always ask me. You can do it on dining reservations and/or your general room reservations.

Sure! Also, we had it noted on both our dining reservation and our resort reservation, but nothing special happened during dining. I heard guests sometimes have "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate on their dessert or some other cute surprise, but for us, we just received recognition at the resort. It was enough for us, though, and our kids really enjoyed it, too!

This year was our 25th. While it's not during our trip, we honeymooned at WDW. So I did call and add it to resort and dining reservations. I told them that we had our honeymoon there and the date of our anniversary. I also told her this is our first chance since our anniversary to get back. She told me that happens all the time and it's not a problem

I'm not expecting to get anything, maybe just the buttons. I just like the fact that we are going to celebrate in the same place we had our honeymoon. That's exciting to me

I would definitely call and add it. I never thought to do it when I booked. I just called and added it a few weeks ago.

OMG - I can't wait. Trip is paid off, most everything is done, just a few last minute things we have to change - like making our reservations down from 9 to 8 on our ADRs as my cousin can't make it. I am going nuts just waiting. Nothing to plan, nothing to research. I feel like I could even start packing soon.

I hate the anticipation. I know that wishing our Disney trip to get here sooner is also wishing away the last of summer, and I don't want to really do that either, but ugh, all this planning and hard work - I just want it get here already.
