Rumor has it that Sara Evans, Melissa Joan Hart, David Carradine, Masiela Lusha, Mario Lopez, Vivica A. Fox, Jerry Springer, William Hung, Harry Hamlin, Shanna Moakler, Emitt Smith, and Joey Lawrence will be among the stars participating this season.

The bolded i have NO CLUE who they are and i didn't know who Masiela was either until i caught your post!

Who are Sara Evans and Shanna Moakler?

I don't know if the stage is big enough for Mario Lopez AND Joey Lawrence.

I actually saw the Lawrence brothers in WDW when the AK opened. They were staying at the Boardwalk. The middle brother (Matthew?) was very nice but Joey was a total jerk. He was with a girlfriend and he wouldn't talk to anyone or sign any autographs.

There has also been many rumors about Lisa Rinna taking the new cohosting position; however, Rinna has yet to confirm these rumors.

No offense if you are a fan of Lisa Rinna........however if she is the co-host of season 3, I will be extremely disappointed. Her lips are so hard to look at. She was one of my LEAST favorite dancers from last season.

I enjoyed the other co-host immensely last season.

There are several potential favorites for the upcoming season:
Sara Evans - I enjoy her music, and she is beautiful
Emmit Smith - Will he live up to Jerry Rice's performance last year?
Melissa Joan Hart - I think she just had a baby in January.
Masiela Lusha - George Lopez is one of my favorite shows.
Joey Lawrance - Will he be this season's "Drew Lachey"?
Mario Lopez - Or will HE be this season's "Drew Lachey"?
Shanna Moakler - Will she be this season's "Stacy Keibler"?
Who will be the "sentimental favorite"? Harry Hamlin? Jerry Springer?

I will predict this......if William Hung (sp?) is on the show......I will predict he is the first to go.

I agree. I remember him doing some dance moves on Saved By the Bell. Ballet-ish type stuff if I remember right. I bet he'll be really good.

I can't wait to see which ones actually take the dancing seriously and give 110%. I loved Jerry Rice last year because he was really trying and you could see a little improvement every week.

Drew was my fav from last year though.

I did too, from the first night! Hence, the TIVO! Ask Kelly, she was into it as much as me but, she wanted Jerry Rice. I about fainted with Drew's cowboy dance! My FAVE! Besides, the Thriller, the Jive, OH......I loved them all!

And Michelle, just 'Kim' is fine.

Teen Idol= playing off the word IDOL it would be William Hung, but just using Teen Idol as the phrase, i would say Joey Lawrence fits in here!

Oh, I'm soooo glad I came across this thread. I've loved the 1st two seasons. Last year rocked. Drew was amazing.

Hopefully this year will be good. Hope Lisa Rinna isn't hosting. Has anyone noticed how much Lisa, her dh Harry Hamlin, & that guy Louis all kind of looked alike-- Harry looked like Lisa & Louis morphed into 1.

Shanna Mokler & her dh are breaking up, he filed for divorce-- wonder if it had to do with the show.

David Carradine was in an Old Show called Kung Fu. Can't believe he's gonna be on the show, he's kind of weird.

Can't wait.
