How do you vote multiple times?

I tried voting for Rupert this morning, and all it did was take you back to the top of the screen. Tried it a few more times and it did the same thing.

I went to a different computer (I'm at work) and voted again. This time it must have registered, becuase I was asked other questions.

Went back to my computer and deleted all cookies and temp internet files from today. Went back to vote and it still didn't register.

What are you guys doing???
