We just returned from a 9 night stay at the Poly 5/31-6/10). We loved it! We stayed in Tokelau which was wonderful. Short walk to pool and GCH as well as TTC. View was a garden view but we could see the lagoon and peek at the castle. Every night we simply walked to end of the corridor and caught Wishes and caught the light pagent as well. Kona's was wonderful. Pool was really not all the crowded. Always found a table. Overall great experience.

On our last 3 visits to WDW we've stayed at WL twice and BC once. Each time we requested, and got for free, a microwave in our room. It's really helpful to us to have this in the morning for kids breakfasts, etc.
Can you get these at the Poly? We stayed there in 2001, but I can't remember if we requested a microwave or not. I've also heard that microwaves aren't available at all resorts.
Does anyone know?
Thanks again for a great thread.
RichKoster said:And to answer Michele's question, since you're going in October when most kids are in school, you probably won't have too much trouble -- especially for breakfast at the Kona Cafe -- but why not go ahead and make reservations for Kona and 'Ohana as soon as you have an idea about when you want to eat at those places? After all, you can always change your reservation -- or even make additional ones when you get to WDW.
Have a magical vacation!
