I actually considered doing that!!

I'm pretty sure I can get her on Splash Mountain at least...I can't wait to see the ride photo!

Just read a lot of the info for F&G, and the Garden Rocks concert guest that's going to be there when I'm at Epcot...Herman's Hermits-
I can't /not/ see them! My poor friend has no idea what she's getting herself into!

We saw Herman's Hermits at F&G in 2013, so fun! He's actually there when we're there I'm also excited because Night Ranger is there when we go next month!

I haven't even figured out when we'll be where for that trip-lucky I Know where we'll be for our March trip! I'm normally a much better planner but for some reason I'm slacking this year. However we plan to spend most nights in Epcot so good chance we'll be there Friday too

Coming back down in May for flower and garden. Mom and I are staying at our timeshare at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. This will be our first trip driving down from Illinois. This is also my first time at Flower and Garden and I can't wait. May 18-25. Wish we could have been in town for the opening of Pandora and the Disboards anniversary but the timing was not quite right for us.

Changed resorts (for both our March and May trips). Instead of staying at WL in May, we're staying there in March and are now staying BC CL in May. First time doing club level!

We are at YC CL - but that's after Poly and I think you are gone by then? We are at Poly 20th - 24th and then switching to YC thru the 29th.

So jealous of all your trips - but I think I would be having anxiety with no planning!

My trip with MIL is now a solo adventure!

I posted on the May cancelled reservations board, but I'll put it here too...I'm cancelling the following meals tonight, between 7pm and 9pm CST:

May 1: Akershus breakfast, party of 2, 8:25am
May 4: BOG dinner, party of 2, 5:05pm
May 5: Akershus breakfast, party of 2, 8:30am

These were made for MIL to have a full Beauty and the Beast experience, and I have no need to dine twice with princesses alone or revisit BOG by myself

Over the last couple of months, she had asked us to throw her a huge birthday party AND help fund a trip to Scotland.

We said, "Um, in ADDITION to Disney World??"

Yep.

So, yesterday we told her she had to make a choice because it is not appropriate to treat us like we are just a bank, and if she is not committed to WDW, I needed to know now (today was FP day, and I'd plan them differently if I was alone vs. with her).
She said she would rather us give her money toward her trip to Scotland

That's the simplified version...the whole thing has been dragging on for awhile. So now it's just me!

Finally found the May 2017 Official thread! Ignore the Ticker,it's an old one and I haven't figured out how to update it. Travel is May 9-16, Staying at WL. Celebrating my son's "Golden" birthday, my "50th" year and Mother's Day. It will be a week long celebration! Can't wait. Haven't been to DW since 2001 as a single person...and I can only imagine how much has changed! I can't wait to share this experience with my son. Safe travels everyone!
