April 28- May 5. Staying offsite at WBC for the first time.

We're going as a surprise for my DD, who will be turning 8 on May 3rd. We aren't telling her until we get down there. It will be a first trip for our youngest DD who will be 2 in February.

I've booked breakfast at Akershus, breakfast at Hollywood and Vine and the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise on my DD birthday.

We just canceled our February long weekend and I'm in the process of booking our flights for May, so please add me to the list!

Family of 4: me, DW 49, DH 47, DD 17 and DS 15 and we are staying at the BWV from 5/22 thru 5/27.

We haven't stayed at the BW for quite a few years (last trips were at SSR and AKV), so we're looking forward to being back "home"!

Can't wait for our May trip!!!! We arrive April 30th and staying thru May 7th. I haven't been in May since 2006! I remember it being beautiful weather and low crowds. Is it still as wonderful in early May as I remember? I'm hoping for low crowds, little to no rain, and we love it to be hot when we go

We were there the guest week of May 2 years ago and found the crowds to be quite manageable with beautiful weather (though a bit more rain than we would have liked!). But not enough to keep us away from the parks! Have a great trip!!!

My daughter turns 8 on the 24th, we will do this trip mostly for her birthday, well...my son turns 4 in July so we will give each kid a birthday day what are your surprise plans? Our last short trip was a surprise so I think I will tell them so she can help me plan the FP and shows....but going to think of a good way to tell her. Does your daughter believe in the characters? Mine does, she says.....

I will be in Disney for a late Honeymoon and Birthday celebration May 6-9! We are staying at POP! I am so excited! It's my 11th trip to Disney but my Husband's first!

Be sure to stop by guest relations on each child's "birthday" to get a birthday button. The kids will love having CM's and characters wish them a Happy Bday, and you never know when a little pixie dust might sprinkle on their little heads.

We will definitely do the buttons! So cute. Last trip we celebrated our anniversary, wore buttons. It was fun, and we got a card from the Mickey and friends, a call from Mickey and Minnie and a dessert at Cali grill so you never know.
When I called to make reservations the CM suggested since the trip wasn't literally on the kids birthdays, to designate one day for each kid to celebrate them. I think it is a good idea!

Now I am thinking about fast lasses..what are you planning to try for? My most imprtant ones are the mine train, test track (never done it) most likely Ana and elsa but I will have to see what my daughter wants. I think that's important to her but she's kind of tired of the frozen thing. I think we will ony, do half a day at Hollywood studios there just isn't much we really love there aside from star tours, TSMM and disney jr show, muppet movie. We might try to see fantasmic which would be a first for us.

I want to see all of the new Fantasyland, especially mine train. This is a return trip for us, so we are focusing on all the things we have missed up till now. My big thing is the Lion King Show andToy Story Mania. I also have never ridden the full perimeter of MK on the train. This time for sure. I don't expect lines to be too bad in May, when we go, so I will use the other fast passes on my fav's like Soaring, Kilimanjaro Safari, and the big three mountains.

Thanks for reminding me of the train we've never done it either. I want to do soarin but try for the top row. I didn't like it last time I think in part because I had smelly feet in frame. Took away from the experience for me. Excited my daughter is tall enough for that one now.

I am also looking forward to the new haunted mansion gift shop and if we go to DTD (or are we calling it disney springs yet?) I REALLy at want to buy a couple of things from the boutique shop. The retro stuff makes me so happy. However I am not sure if it's worth going.

Anyone else going to be celebrating Mother's Day in the parks? We plan to do Epcot. What are your plans? I am thinking I'd like to enjoy flower and garden, see the countries and snack

The train is a great place to take a break from walking or during an afternoon thunderstorm. We rode a few times during our trip in June 2012.

Back then New Fantasyland was being built, so I am excited to visit this area for the first time!

Margaret the new fantasyland is fantastic!!! We loved BOg lunch, ETWB, and last time we went to storybook circus during wishes and had it literally to ourselves it was amazing.
