***The Official March 2016 Thread!***

5 days!!! And I'm freaking out. Crowds? I just realized we haven't done a big trip since 2010!!

Expecting summer weather when we planned for it to be a tad cooler - I hope these clothes from last year fit my growing kids!

Actually, I almost just want to shut down and sit here and read rumors and work on touring plans. You know - the ones that have been finished for ages already! Packing is overwhelming.

I just booked a last minute trip 3/26-3/30 for my girls and I. DBF is going to be away for work, and DD8 is off so why not? lol

I don't plan on telling them so I am going to be bursting at the seams the next couple of weeks!

I am loving seeing all these posts! We leave in 17 days and will be there for my kids first visit in 19 days! I think I'm more excited than they are!!

We just decided on March 1 that we will be there the 13-15.

Sunday we are going to get into the area unless we drive straight thru the day before. We plan on playing at AoA, I scored 1900 Park Fare dinner at 4, and then I think we might hit the campfire at Ft Wilderness.

Monday and Tuesday are going to be all day park days. We have BOG breakfast before park opens both days and a BOG dinner Tuesday at 5.

I'm excited and can't wait although dd keeps killing the plans. First she didn't want to meet any characters, then she slowly started making this list of people. She's killing me.

I am so ready to go! LOL Why is it that people have all sorts of work questions when I am about to go on vacation? o_O I just want to get my normal work stuff done so that when I get back at month end, I can be some what organized. Why can't the week before I leave for Disney, my life be smooth sailing? But it doesn't matter, just need to be at Disney so that we can forget about our crazy life outside of Disney! :-)

Yes agreed why can't they leave us alone but work stress will be there when we get back. It's time for vacation mode :cloud9:

It's the weekend! 4 more days till we leave! It's also daylight savings time so going to lose an hour, better get my sleep so that I can be ready for Disney!

This time two weeks from now we'll be there! Probably eating dinner or chilling at CSR or heading to a park!
And I agree about work! I teach, and the three days that I'm working on the week we leave, we have "instructional rounds." I'm a host teacher for this, so I'll have teachers coming around to my classes to observe. We have pre-rounds on the 21st, rounds on the 22nd, and post-rounds/debriefing after school on the 23rd! I'm taking the 24th off to get ready to travel and leaving at about 3am on the 25th! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

We arrive next Friday at 8:30 am in time for breakfast with Lilo and Stitch at Ohana's followed by shopping. Then back to the resort to unpack before heading over to the Beach Club and dinner at Beaches and Cream. Then early to bed so we're ready for our first full park day. :woohoo:

That's great news! We were there back in 2009, DDs got all dolled up at BBB and loved eating in the castle. We ordered them the slipper dessert, it was a very special day. For this trip, DD14 and I have only a few ADR booked, mostly at BOG. Since we haven't been the DW for so many years, we didn't want to be tied down by too many TS. Also, the exchange rate is pretty poor so we might be sharing some of our meals and snack around instead. Your daughter will be so excited! Have a great time!
