we where at the extra magic hours and mk and i kept pulling him on all the rides and he kept saying he wanted to go to the castle.. so at the end of you tour of the world there was a cm doing night pics infront of the castle. we take our shot and the next thing i know he is on one knee with a ring. i had a feeling. my mom called me the day after he asked the fam if he could have my hand but at disney was a dream come true it is my fav place in the world.

I got Felicia in the mail today from Disney. She was in the bag that DM put her in with my name, resort, and room number written on the outside of the bag. The journal was in the bag too.

I want to say that I spent over two hours one morning trying to find her and another hour that same night with many phone calls during the day to see what was happening. I was getting very mad because the CMs and managers I was dealing with at ASMu kept asking me if it was Disney merchandise.

I kept trying to explain to them that it was in a Disney bag, but that it was a special stuffed croc going from one friend to another friend. They acted offended that it wasn't something Disney. They didn't want to find it, but I insisted they do whatever they could to find it since it was somewhere in the Disney mail system or lost and found. They even tried to tell me that a package had been left in my room for me and that I had it already, which was of course not true. I left my cell phone number with two managers that day and they said they would call me and tell me what was going on with the search, but no one ever called me. I had to call and get put on hold and then go through the whole thing again and again. It was very frustrating. They really treated me like I was stupid.

I guess what happened is that it was lost in their system. They think it went from DM's resort to ASMu, but then to lost and found. They think a CM just saw the bag sitting in the back and thought it was something lost. Once it got to their central lost and found nobody wanted to go through all the bags there and take the time to read the outside of bags. So I stressed to them again that my info was written on the outside and could they please just read the outside of small Disney bags. So they finally found it. but I just got it today.

I feel really bad about all this. I am so sorry that alot of switching had to be done. I am sorry that families didn't get their turn. I did have a phone number for the family after me, but it turned out to be their home phone number so obviously they weren't getting my messages.

Please let me know what I should do next. I am actually going to DTD tomorrow. If it is too late for anyone to have Felicia, just let me know who gets her next and I will PM them for their info and send Felicia wherever she needs to go.

Again.... I am so sorry, but I am glad that I didn't give up on Felicia and made them look for her. I knew she had to be there.

I'm so glad to hear Felicia's been found, but it's just awful what you went through. I just don't get WDW's handling of this stuff - I mean, they manage to successfully deliver refigerators and luggage, but can't handle a plastic bag?? HEY, maybe we need to pack the Crocs in mini-fridge boxes! On behalf of Crocs and Fockers everywhere, thank you for working so hard to get her back

I can't believe it took that long for you to receive Felicia in the mail! I remember when you told me they had found her and that was still about 2 weeks ago, right? Ridiculous. I probably should have put Felicia in some other bag but I never really thought it would be a big deal.

I did have the information correct on the bag, didn't I Sarah?

I'm glad Jo gets Felicia next month. Take good care of her Jo...she's been through a lot. Make sure she gets a Lapu Lapu with you all at the pool!
