Frozen Epcot attractions to open on June 21st.

Hopefully there will be a soft open for those of us going earlier in June!

Well, yay to that! Something to hold on to. Geez, Disney is full of announcements today. Now what FP to cancel and swap to Soarin'. BTW, Soarin is my very favorite ride - ever!!!

They really did announce a lot! They also announced Tiffins is opening 5/27 and the new MK show, Royal Friendship Faire, opens 6/17, but those paled in comparison to the Frozen and Soarin news! And I agree - Soarin is amazing!!

Edited to add: New Star Wars fireworks start 6/17 as well!

But I believe we will get the old Star Works fireworks. Starting on 6/17 are the new ones. I haven't seen the old show, so that is fine by me!

Most of this drops right in the middle of our trip, which is really cool. We should get to see both old and new Soarin'! I started tweaking our FPs already, but can't wait to "finalize" them tomorrow!

Lucky you! I did watch a copy of someone who filmed the new Soarin' in Shanghai on YouTube. I wasn't impressed, but it is hard to tell on a computer screen, lol. Some of it looked fake - digitalized.

Us, too. But look on the bright side, we now have Jungle Book, some sort of Star Wars Fireworks and the old Soarin. Better than nothing. I am very, very disappointed with not getting FEA, though. I used to love the old Norway ride, too.

Next trip

We missed the opening of 7DMT by a day or two in 2014. That was annoying!

I'll be getting up at 6am to try to book/change our TH breakfast on 6/7 to the dining package. Then at 7 I'll try to book Soarin for 6/8 and JB 6/7 if I can't get a pkg. Also hoping they finally release the late night EE FP tomorrow...

Well, I really didn't want to get up on a Saturday at 6:45 (I get up daily at 5:40), but looks like I am going to have to. Going to book the Jungle Book dinner package. As for Soarin, if it goes into Tier 1, I don't want to cancel Test Track. Guess we'll go at rope drop on Sunday! This planning is making my head spin. A reservation finally showed up for BOG at 9:50PM. Really????? If it didn't interfere with our 7DMT, I might have taken it just so we could get dessert and check it out. Still hoping...

I just grabbed the 9:50PM - decided we can just have dessert & at least see it! Hopefully there won't be a long line at the FP for 7DMT. That is right before the dining reservation. I am still going to hope we get a ressie at BOG for lunch, though.

Update - OMG, a lunch time actually opened up on 6/5!!!! Yay! Cancelling the dessert ressie now. I think lots of people are tweaking their stuff, so if you are still trying for some hard to get reservations, keep trying!

I did not know dining reservations opened at 6AM. OK, I'll do it.....grumble, grumble. LOL. This is the last tweak to our trip. I am thinking the old Soarin' will be a Tier 1. But if it is a Tier 2, then I also have to cancel Turtle Talk and grab Soarin. I don't want to give up Test Track in Tier 1.
