So we decided to dump Chef Mickey's on July 20th for breakfast. My dear, dear daughter had asked to go to this one. I was kind of over this place as it hasn't been great as of late. I don't want to dis a restaurant, but I also don't want to spend about $170 on what might be a questionable location. I also know that it is a classic location. That being said, we changed it to Trails end at Fort Wilderness Camp Ground. Our price at CM was going to be about $37+ per person plus tip. At TE it will be around $18 per person plus tip. I will save about $80 for this meal alone!!! I know it's a little out of the way, but with a car, we can drive and make it easier on us. This is a new location for us, but we are excited to try a new place.

I think that would work. The only thing we have right now is our ADR at 50's prime time café at 11am. We don't have an evening ADR for that night. We could work around your schedule since we are flexible that day! We don't need to do long. I would love to put a face with some names we have been talking to for so long!

DH and I ate there years ago - before we had DD. We absolutely loved it! They have some classic drinks on their menu which is fun. I plan to order a "grasshopper" there because I know they can make it well!

Ok, not sure if this has been discussed or not, or even if this is the proper place for it... But, with the tier system now in place at Epcot and HS what should plans be for the month of July. I ask because there are only three rides worth FPing at HS and two maybe three at epcot. Any idea what average wait times for most of the rides are at the end of July? I balanced all my ADRs around having three FP+ during the day and the thirty min waits for the lower tier rides. Is anyone else concerned or am I being paranoid?

I am worried about the SAME thing! There's a great thread that sort of eased my mind a little http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3143281 I just keep thinking that we're planning around what we KNOW from previous trips (like the fact that Spaceship Earth is walk on after about 3:00,) but with people choosing to use their FP+ for things they previously didn't need FP for that could all change! What made me feel a little better is that one of my fellow teachers was just there during SPRING BREAK and she said there were so many non-headliners that were walk ons later in the day.

We'll be at Chef Mickey's for breakfast on July 20 ! Too bad we'll miss ya! We are actually staying at BLT and that will be our resort day. We are all adults, but my sister just loves Chef Mickey's It's not my favorite either, but it'll be fun to see her enjoy it Send your daughter over and she can eat with us, ha!!

We did almost the same based on some of Josh's recommendations on Easy WDW. We're doing EPCOT on July 21 and DHS on July 22

That sounds fantastic! That way you can meet all four of us! I think when I pick up cupcakes at Starring Rolls to bring back to the resort, I'll most likely be by myself, although DS7 says he wants to come with me. DS9 can't eat cupcakes from there because of the nut allergy.

So 50s PT would be really nice because you'll get to meet all of us!

Once again, thank you to everyone for all the support regarding my cousin. They took out the ventilator today. He passed away 10 minutes later. He did not have any pain or suffering. We are all so devastated by this, we can't believe this happened. He will be missed by so many people.
