That's our plan too. Peter Pan, Pooh, Little Mermaid, Dumbo, and possibly Teacups before a BOG lunch around noon? We're going to save our FP for later in the day unless they start allowing the option to get more after your 3 are gone.

I was not impressed by the EMH hours when I printed our week out either. Seems like our trip 2 years ago had a lot more early mornings than this year. Our kids wake up like clockwork and without those extra entry hours, we are going to be behind on our ride plans all day.

On a good note, we got our flights booked! I'd like to bump our return one to a later in the day time so we could do Chef Mickeys before leaving, but not for 200 a ticket more. Hoping for a ding to come along before July so we can shift our plans.

I know that's how it used to be. There used to be WAY more, but the past couple years they've started getting less and less. I just looked through my spreadsheets from our last two trips (ahem, nerd!)

June 2013 - during our 7 nights there were 4 mornings and 3 nights (Monday was the only day that had a morning AND night EMH)

June 2012 - during our 7 nights there were 5 mornings and 4 nights (Monday & Friday both had morning AND night EMH)

ETA : if you mean one park having am EMH the same day another park had pm EMH, then you might be right...

No, you are right. There used to be more EMH am in one park and then pm in another park. It's a little disappointing that some days don't have either let alone both. It was harder to plan this year.

I do remember morning EMH at one park and evening EMH at another. We've never taken advantage of evening EMH yet though so this might not be accurate.

Only restaurants? Ok no problem, we will just eat around every single park and use the restaurants as our attractions! We will visit a different resort each day also haha!

We have gotten a free night before while down at the world (my parents live 1 town away) but never a full day too! We are excited for that, I can't even imagine how exciting an entire trip would be. We have only taken one kid free trip since we've had kids. That was just two nights at Foxwoods in Connecticut for our 10th anniversary. I don't think I could do WDW without them yet. Not until they're at least in college. Foxwoods was great for an adult only getaway, as it's a casino resort and although we saw people there with their children, I wouldn't take my kids there.

to our thread inspiredlife! Glad to have you join us. Looks like the 2 of us (and our families) will all be at POR that week and we are all celebrating our anniversaries. We are celebrating our 20th! We are there from 7/18-7/27! We should try to meet up at some point, if you guys are interested. That would be fun!

We almost did a cruise by ourselves a few years ago and I was so over come with guilt and couldn't do it. So we took the cruise with the kids and as it turns out, my parents wanted to go on a cruise so they joined us. We had a blast. When I was growing up, my parents always did a summer vacation with the whole family and I remember hating it every time but those are now the BEST memories I have. I want to give that to my kids and feel bad if I am not taking them with me. But that is my Italian guilt coming back to haunt me. I guess when I am an empty nester I will get my private vacation with my DH. And I am sure it will be here sooner than I expect, as time is flying by lately!
