*** The Official July 2014 thread, join us won't you? ***

Still waiting until January 29 to make my ADRs. It still seems so far away. We mapped out our days so far and where we think we will eat on each day. I'm excited to try some new places this trip. With a car, it will be easier for us to try some places that are usually just to complicated to get to with LO on the buses.

Hi All,

I want to join! I just booked yesterday. The kids think we are going in August not July (SHHH!). We are actually going to be in Disney on my daughter's 10th birthday. I want to do the Wishes dessert party to celebrate. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Can't wait until January 1st so I can actually say we are going to Disney this year! :cool1:

Hey everyone! Count me in.:banana: We going July 15th-22nd and staying at POR. We'll be celebrating my big 5-0 birthday.:cool1::cool1: We've never been during the summer time so any tips would be great. We were just there for Thanksgiving and it was freeeezzzzing, so right now I'm excited for the warm weather.

I have a question about the July hours posted on p.35

What does the (2) mean?

Like when they say: Epcot PM (2) ?

2 PM hours means the park will close 2 hours later than the normal time. It's called Extra Magic Hour for resort staying guest only

Oh ok I didn't think it meant the hours it stayed open ;) I never write it in my schedules hehe

I tried posting this earlier and the iPad crashed on me....

We paid off our resort cost! Between wedding present money and Christmas gift money we've paid in full without anything technically out of our pockets. Best kind of vacation is the free kind lol!

Congrats Jess!!! Have any left over gift money to share with your fellow July Disboarders? lol

We'll be there July 24-30. Created my ticker to make it "official". :yay:

Look like we might run into you. We'll be there the 7/26-8/1.

:welcome: You are officially counted in! Biggest tip, don't try to go full force/full time. Hydrate and rest here and there!

I am putting you both on the front page but please also check out post #577 and Post #579 for others touring plan and dining plans. If you choose to participate, let me know and I will add you both. Glad to have you both on our thread!!!

The 1st three days we will be at Wide World of Sports. My daughter plays field hockey. Our first park day will be the 27th. Haven't decided on which park/which day or meals. But, planning is half the fun, right?
