We just went to Williamsburg for 4 days. The kids were walking outside and of course, complaining about heat. I told them to suck it up or we weren't goi to Disney. Lol. But who am I kidding, we are going no matter what.

27 more days for us! Time is going by fast this summer. I am hoping for our trip to get here, but if don't know summer to fly by either.

I did a little dance and cheer on my way out of the office!!!! Nobody missed the fact that "I'm going to Disney!" Everyone laughed and I ran out the door!!! So ready to be done with work and into vacation mode!!!!!! WDW here we come!!!!!!!!

We definitely have a few favorites that we will enjoy and not worry about at all!

Ice cream bars, Dole Whip, Strawberry Shortcake, Special Apple

DH loves the Dole Whip - I just can't seem to get into them! I think I may get kicked off of the thread now!

That reminded me!! We were gifted a free strawberry shortcake from Storybook Treats (or whatever its called, its had a few different names!) We were just walking by and they came up and said Cinderella saw us from her castle and wanted us to have it. It was so awesome! We don't have kids, so sometimes I feel sad at Disney and it sometimes seems like the magic is preserved for the little ones. This made me a true believer that the magic is there for ALL of us, and it was the BEST strawberry shortcake we've ever had! My sister just sent me a pic of it last week and said ' we HAVE to get this this year!'

What an awesome story! I'll have to look out for the strawberry shortcake now!

Haha! ABSOLUTELY. I think I get as excited about the food along with everything else! Trying 7 new places this time around with some of our faves as well. Yum! ....and I might be a tad irrationally excited about the spiked dole whip at AK!

DH is very excited for that as well! I just love the mint mojito from Dawa bar - that's one of my favorites!!!

Try the "pineapple float" option. It's the dole whip sorbet stuff in ice cold pineapple juice. SO SO GOOD.

It does not show up in MDE. I took pics with my phone to make sure I had proof of confirmation and to remember the time just in case there are "technical difficulties."

They still let us through but we had to wait in the line in the castle to replace our order. :-( The last time we had done the FP we were able to bypass it entirely - there was a little counter inside the castle to pay and then we went to sit. This was a much longer process - maybe saved us 15 minutes based on the length of the line when we walked up. It seemed that lots of others' orders were lost as well that day because we were all being routed to the line once inside the castle. Hopefully it was just a technical glitch that day!

Same thing happened to us. Our order was lost. They could see our reservation in the computer, but our order wasn't showing. We were escorted to the front of the ordering line, but had to order again from there. It only took about 5 minutes for us to order and sit. So a screen shout is definitely a good idea.

I'd love to see if any of you will be there on the 21st with us! :good vibes We enjoyed the FtF package with SWW and this is similar - except that we also get reserved seats for the sing-along with this! Super excited for all of the treats to enjoy. Had a great experience for SWW so I am hoping this is just as good!

I wish you could just do the dessert party part of it. We are a group of all adults, so the sing along and the other thing don't really appeal to us that much, but we were excited about the fireworks set to the soundtrack, so having a dessert party with it would be fun!
