When I called Disney and told them what happened, they told me that they cancel all the information off those and change it over to the new ones. They also said if we ever do get the old ones (first set) we can just use them as souvenirs. She did repeat the all information is off the first set when I mentioned I had added my cc to my account. So here is hoping that they actually do just what they said they were going to do!

Well after our long drive, we arrived yesterday around 3:00.
We weren't planning on going to any parks so didn't make any FP+. But when we got in decided we wanted to. This is what I hated about FP+, no spontaneity. So DH started looking for ADRs. We wanted EP but no more FP available for Soarin or TT. UGH!!!! . So we tried HS couldn't get ADRs for the 2 restaurants we wanted, but could get FP for ST, Muppets and TSM!!!!! I couldn't believe it. So we ate at Chefs then hopped on boat to HS.
Again, this was all reserved 2 hours before!!! ( not bad huh??) so don't stress too much about getting FP+.

That is not bad. I am hoping to have done flexibility with our first day do it's good to know you were able to book FP+ DSL of. Hope you have a great trip and month in your condo in FL.

I just loaded up the car in my pjs in the dark while my 3 kids slept. Love that feeling! We are beginning the non-disney part of our vacation tomorrow after DH is done working at noon. Woo-hoo!

So I decorated my magic bands today after they arrived. We wanted to do some things but not too much. Boys wanted very little. So, in order to keep them semi-themed as a family, here is what I did.

This is the whole lot of them!

This is mine. It reminds me of Sleeping Beauty, even with it being more purple than pink. It started out as a pink band.

This is DS's. He wanted a red band so we found red, white, and blue stars polish. He also wanted the orange on the Mickey head!

This is DH's. He wanted green band and not much else. DD thought it would be funny to give him a purple (girly) color on his Mickey head!

This is DD's. She did this herself. She did blue sparkle polish. We all have silver lining pen to surround/outline our Mickey heads.

Again, all of our bands together.

Just got our magic bands yesterday for our July 27th trip earlier than expected! I feel like the days are going by so sloooowly now- but then the Eve of the trip I won't be ready :/ I just want to start packing!

I love them!! I'm especially loving the bling...I really love bling! I've been thinking of how to get my nails done for the trip, and I think I'm gonna go with a glittery silver polish...gel of course, since our trip in total is 16 nights when factoring in the drive and stops along the way. For my toes, I'm thinking glittery purple, but not gel since pedicures last long on me. For our last trip, I got pastel pink gel polish with black mickey ears on my ring fingers, and pastel regular polish on my toes to match, with black mickey ears on the big toe. I considered that again, but I think I'd rather do sparkly instead. I will probably toss around a dozen other ideas between now and the day before we leave, lol!

I don't actually have the flu. I woke up the next day feeling fine. I think I had food poisoning from this mexican place I went to for lunch. So I'm all better

Also, I LEAVE THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW!! I've gotta pack!!
I'm thinking I'll bring double the amount of stuff I need to compensate for getting sweaty in the heat and refusing to do laundry. I wish I was staying longer than 3 nights!
