that was happening to me to so my TA called and found out this info for me :

go to mydisneyreservation.com then it will as you how you booked your trip, like yourself via Disney.com or your TA, pick the appropriate option.....

then it will ask for your confirmation number, last name, like check in date then you can just follow the prompts from there.

let me know if you have questions or this doesn't work for you.

I thought it was my phone! I typed two long posts last night and another one today and when I hit send, it didn't go anywhere. I eventually gave up. It is also randomly refusing to load pages, with no apparent pattern to it. Maybe it's time for an update.

Urgh. Tomorrow is the day we can book are FP. and I have no tickets. I am kicking myself for not calling sooner to see if the base has them on hand. They have to be mailed. STUPID STUPID ME.

Don't worry! When we were there over Easter week I was updating and changing things 24 hours in advance with pretty much no problem.

Though I admittedly am a bit worried about our July trip...we are doing 7 days in Cocoa Beach and 3 days at Universal. Since we just went to Disney in April, I figured we could get away with skipping the parks but DD (4) is already asking about seeing "her castle". A friend of mine works for ABC and is kind enough to give us some free one day passes but until I have them in hand I can't book any FPs. Good thing I already did the mad dash at EPCOT for Anna and Elsa back in April...

Got our tickets in. I was home for 2*hours before DH surprised me with them. I checked the phone when I came in to see if the base place had called. He deleted that call.... I was pouting on the couch when he started talking Disney to me. Then he asked me to get something for him, I did, and there they were.


I scream happily at him. Rush to add them to the MDE account for FP.

I booked us for exactly what I wanted to on our MK day. I am super happy.

I was pouting on the couch when he started talking Disney to me. Then he asked me to get something for him, I did, and there they were.

Not sure what phone you have, but I'm seeing a trend with the iPhone/Apple software. The updates seem to present in clusters over a few days. I've done several since Wednesday, including MDE. I don't know when last there was one for the DIS app - I'm curious and going to check.

That's great!!! What a nice surprise, even though you thought temporarily you had a setback in your plans. So happy for you! What did you book for MK?

Glad to know you can do this! We have two thrill riders and two non thrill riders, so we were going to (for example) try scheduling two of us for Space and two of us for BTM during the same one hour window and then the thrill riders could do both rides within the hour.

Yes ma'am. It's tricky to get the group split up. mDE kept insisting we stay together. I had to keep clicking my son and dh a few times to get it to stick.

We book at midnight tonight, so thanks for the info! Do you suggest just clicking on two people when it asks who they're for, or clicking all four of us and then going back and editing?
