We leave in 2 weeks too!!! So excited! Its been a whole year since we have been to the World. Went to Disneyland over Thanksgiving and it just was NOT the same at all!! Staying at Saratoga Springs for the first time.. Very Excited. Jan 20th CAN NOT get here fast enough!!!

Our plane arrives at 6:30..........and we will be doing plenty of walking around OKW and taking the boat and bus, so who knows.
We are going to DtD for dinner.............first time to try out T-Rex

going to spend the day cleaning house and packing a few last minute things.
Get all the electronics charged and ready.
Come on tomorrow!! (Plus I haven't seen BFF since Sept, so that alone is exciting!!)

Ha - might run into you at the airport or on the bus! I would like to go to DTD for dinner, but it depends on how DD (almost 5) is doing after the flight.

We were going to leave Friday after work but we are driving and I decided didnt want to be driving late, plus hubby works for himself so no idea if he will be working late trying to finish up a project. The plan is to leave at 5am...pretty much put DS in car sleeping...and probably hubby too...and hopefully we will be at All Star Sports by 3pm check in.

We are in GSO! We're leaving around 7am Friday morning, driving the whole way then spending the night at Pop Century. We will wake up Saturday morning and drive over to Old Key West to check in. You probably made a great choice waiting until Saturday to leave! I wouldn't want to leave after work.

Ok I should know this but what is GSO? How many hours does it take you. My neighbor says 10 hours my boss says 8 hours...so I am thinking 9 but planning 10.

We drive a lot to Mass and we travel at night a lot. It isnt too bad and if we left at 5:30 we would be at disney at 2:30/3:30 and we would just sleep in the next day and I would have pused to a 3pm leave from NC but that would be stressful for me to leave work early and to make sure hubby was getting home...this way I know he wont be home later then midnight so we can easily be on the road at 5am and he can sleeo in the car.

3 more weeks for us as well our flight technically doesnt leave till sat but at 1am! So we have to leave here about 930 for the drive to the airport check in and such (hour drive to the airport!)!

Also---I owe my DH big time..the RAVENS are in the playoffs and (when we win) next weekend we will be heading to the AFC Championship game, which is our 2nd day in Disney!! LOL He just got an i-phone so i imagine he will be glued to that for the game.

Their mailing schedule over the holidays seems to be a bit wonky. I got my package documents but still no Magical Express info. My mom, who booked and paid off the trip on the exact same days (same phone call actually, since I handled all her travel arrangements), has gotten her ME info but not the package booklet.

So odd they are usually so ahead of themselves. We got our ME info and then called and asked for more tags (we fly SW so bags are free) and even received them already. Oh well I will just keep stalking the mailbox. With 2 weeks to go I am starting to annoy my DH with all the excitement around her. BUT he is secretly thrilled as well. He just doesn't admit it until we are packed and in the car

Just got back from our trip

It was a wonderful vacation, and now I'm working on my trip report!

We did lots of packing today. We will be finishing the majority of it tomorrow/Sunday, will pack the truck Monday night and leave Wednesday morning around 11:00 am!!!

I keep trying to post updates, but am getting booted off. . Anyway, I'll try one last time. Weather is finally warmer! My cold is better, but poor DD has it now. Because we've not been in tip top shape this trip, we haven't done as much. I think we've turned the corner now though. Today was the most normal day we've had. Hopefully the girls and I can get a good night's sleep. Poor DH is running the half tomorrow AM, so he will be one tired puppy. The crowds were finally down today. Hooray!!! It was crowded up until today.

SIX MORE DAYS for us and the excitement around here keeps building! Got a bunch of fabric and ribbon in the mail yesterday to make tutus and hairbows for the girls, but they are home today so I have to put all the Disney stuff off until they are in bed tonight! This surprise is gonna kill me if it doesn't HURRY UP! hehe

We're down to 5 more days here! I've got a full weekend of housecleaning and laundry planned (exciting, I know ) so hopefully that keeps me pretty busy. I hope you all have a great weekend!
