Very true. As great as he obviously is, he's still a man who can be lead by the wrong head. Plus, he's 25 and having woman throw themself at him (more so than when he was a bartender/rocker - a babe magnet career already.)

I'm just now catching up on all the links. DH is getting tired of the DC obsession in this house, so I'm trying to not watch too much Cookie when he's home.

My husband works at home. And we are usually in the same room while I'm on the computer. So sadly....he knows my obsession is getting really bad...haha.

Just saw him on Regis & Kelly...he looks a little tired but is holding up well with all the press he is doing!
He did mention his Date with KC...they went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and he said they will be "hanging out again" ... he had a little sparkle in his eye! Blech.

My husband loves that place. I, personally, can't stand the name of it. I won't even let my husband say it. haha.

She must be nice. He always seems to make good choices everywhere else, so hopefully this is a good one too. It seems like they have become friends. I'm sure having both done the show gives them something in common. I just wish her voice wasn't so annoying.

She has a loud, gravelly, smokers voice. I agree...it is annoying.

David Archie has the sex appeal of a robot and any woman who finds him appealing outside of the Gerber way should get a visit from Chris Hanson and Dateline. He's a child.

David Cook is a MAN. He has that rare sex appeal that is missing from MOST men nowadays and has the talent to prove it.

He got me and THOUSANDS of my friends to vote when we never cared to for American Idol or anything else. This man has that IT factor that is hard to describe.

Chris Daughtry did NOTHING for me. The comparison of voices and style makes sense but that's where it ends. He appeals to many but David Cook can appeal to ANY age, sex, race or style. He's bright, sensitive, caring and a remarkable young man.

David A has a loyal following and he will do well, also. But telling WOMEN that WOMEN want that.... is just presumptuous.

Write about something you have experience with.

I've got a cold, and was sick of feeling icky so I came down here to listen to some David Cook. 3 mins later I'm rocking out, singing and dancing and playing with my dog. Apparently she's not used to seeing me so excited, and it rubbed off on her- to the point where now I have a dog toy carcass at my feet from when I got too distracted by David to keep playing with her.

I think there's something wrong with a 24-year-old woman on some level hoping to marry someone she's only ever seen on TV and YouTube.
