Personally, I think the death is going to be someone who stayed at Seatlle, and the plane crash is just to throw us off. I vote for April.

I think it will be Arizona. Can't stand her anyway - lol Then I think they will play up Mark having to choose between Julie, Lexi and Callie. Karen takes Arizona's job, April takes Karev's job.

Who is Karen???? I'm blanking.

I think Callie will be the one to die, and Karev will stay at Seattle Grace and take her position.

Karev is peds , Callie is Ortho.

I think either both Arizona and Callie will die and it will be a big story line about Mark's new responsibilities and who will he pick to help him. Lexie?? Julie??
or
Callie dies and Arizona has to fight Mark for Sophia.

Owen wasn't on the plane was he?? I'm tired of him wouldn't be sad to see him go. I'm so sick of him and Christine. I don't like Christine when she is with Owen. Although I think April is going to commit suicide and Owen will blame himself for firing her.

Okay I did some searching.
I don't know why people are saying Karev was on the flight because he wasn't. The only people on the flight was Derek, Merdith, Lexie, Christina, Mark, and Arizona.

I came to a website that is showing the death more likely to be "Arizona"
but still does not give any big spoilers. It just shows that the death MIGHT be arizona because of a few speculations.

Don't get me wrong, Lexie and Arizona are two of my favorites. But if one of them has to go it's "Arizona" sorry Arizona fans.

I don't think April can work at Seattle Grace now that she failed the boards.
I was beginning to like her but then she kind of went a bit crazy @ her boards.

I think if Arizona dies it might have an impact on karev not only the job situation because she was sort of like his mentor.

If Lexie dies, I definitely am probably going to stop watching... but probably not. lol. I'm a GA addict. lol.

But seriously if Derek and Meredith have a whole season to fighting and what-not, i"m out of here cuz I think GA dedicated too many seasons to where Derek and Meridith are fighting and what-not.

If arizona does die i will feel bad for Callie because she ahs to raise sofia by herself (with marc). But if she does i still hope there is a chance for Lexi and Marc to get back together.

And part of the reason he gave was that he had no money left (presumably because he had offered it to Karev). If Karev takes Arizona's job, that opens up money to keep April. Just because she was fired, doesn't mean that she couldn't be given a new job (or rehired for her old job).

I'm also not the one who proposed the idea - I was just pointing out that "Karen" was likely supposed to be "Karev", since PP was confused.

Also, DizFan101 - I don't know about boards in the US, but since April kept waiting to hear from the places that had made her offers (i.e. their removal of the offers wasn't automatic) and Jackson was surprised that Hunt was not keeping April on, I don't think that failing the boards would keep April form working at Seattle Grace (though, presumably, it would limit what job she could have).

perhaps the $$ thing was just an easy way to letting her go cuz of boards.
like something like "Oh you'll get more jobs easy. but we let you go cuz of lack of funds" rather than oh you made a few mistakes etc.

Surgeons don't necessarily HAVE to be board certified, it's just preferable. I once worked in a Dept. of Surgery where one of the surgeons who was head of a division had flunked his boards 4 or 5 times! He still had a good job, he just kept trying and finally passed.

I'm sure they'll discuss Grey's ... also sure Bailey won't be revealing any secrets!
But they might have some new clips or teaser info.

Based on the promo, it says six went down, one will die. I don't think that necessarily means the one is part of the six. My guess is still that freaked-out April does something to the Chief or Hunt.
