I loved this week's episode.

I am thinking that Alex will be a bit more attracted to Lexi now knowing what she is going through at home. At least in being a good friend.

We all know that at some point they have to have the new surgeon get with Mark. I mean, remember when she was first hired and made mention of how Hot Derrick and Mark were????

Don't forget that Alex has mentioned in the past about his abusive upbringing, so he may absolutely feel like he "knows" Lexi because of what is going on.

Hahn's comments about the doctors being "hot" almost seemed condescending to me. Not like she liked them but that they were judged by their looks not skills. She also kept driving home to Mark how he wanted her because of her skills not looks.

There is talk that there will be a lesbian storyline sometime this season.

Mark being HOT for Hahn - that was hysterical! (Anyone think they'll end up falling into bed together this season?? Can he wear her down?) Not sure why but her comment about not being attracted to him led me to believe it will come out she is gay. Just my feeling

THIS IS PURE SPECULATION - Perhaps that's why Hahn's been so tough on Yang... Maybe they'll be a thing... Hahn's been hard on her from the beginning - and they've mainly made it out to be because Hahn doesn't respect Christina because of the Burke/other attendings thing... But could it be because Hahn's HOT for Christina???

EDITTED: It was just announced on Entertainment Tonight that Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) got married in real life, to her longtime boyfriend. She married very quietly & privately at City hall with NYC's Mayor Bloomberg as a witness. The bride & groom attended a NY basketball game later that evening.

My favorite parts of last weeks episode:

• Mark thinking the high school girls thought he was HOT - then them telling him he looked like her dad...
• Der being sweet to the girl at the end...
• Mere having to deal with her dad...
• Alex trying to be nice to Lexie...

Anyone else have thoughts? I can't wait for this weeks episode!

I loved Mark getting socked by the H.S. girls.
I am really get sick of Izzie and George. Poor babies, had an adulterous affair and now it's not so hot. PUL-EEZE give me a break.
Hope they give Hahn some more air time, she is really funny.

I love this show!

This week made me so sad though... The ambulance guys were the saddest part, oh what a tragedy that all was. (Seems to me I remember a similar story line to this one on Third Watch or ER a few years back...)

Can't wait to see the next one!

Ugh, I hated this week's episode. I used to love Grey's and I still do, but this season isn't nearly as good as the past few. Each week the storyline gets more and more ridiculous The ambulance tech who had the swastika on his stomach has been on the show from the begining and he never had any problems working with the doctors. Now all of a sudden not only was there a completely random car accident that affected the staff, but he's got a swastika and can't work with any ethnic doctors?! It's just gotten very melodramatic!

I was confused by the paramedic too since his partner appeared to be "ethnic" to me .

Mandy ~ I enjoyed seeing Alex squirm, but I do feel bad for Lexy. However, he seemed like he had cooled off on Ava, so I don't know.

Someone who has a huge swastika tattooed on their stomach and wouldn't allow a doctor to operate on them when they're dying, most likely wouldn't be willing to work with anyone of different ethnicities in any sort of situation. His partner's black and he worked with her everyday in pretty close quarters. It would have been alright if he just didn't want Bailey working on him because he was racist, but as soon as they revealed the huge swastika the whole thing just got ridiculous! They took it too far to actually be believable. It's always one insane thing after another. I just think this season's going overboard on the melodrama - or drama just for the sake of drama without any real meaning behind it. I just hope it stars going back to how it was!

Okay, swastika guy was over the top... I kinda forgot about him, but I did like that Bailey and Yang stuck with working on him... I wanted Christina to get all psycho on his butt though! I was too fixated on the two EMTs stuck in their rig!

Alex's squirmming was nice, but it's not going to last he doesn't let stuff like that bother him - he'll tell Lexie that he told her not to fall for him right from the beginning, it was just a *physical* thing... As far as Ava I think he's a bit mad at her because she left him again...

Please let me add that I'd like Seth Green to stay - that's if they can save him... IMO -He was a nice addition this past week...

OK, I agree the huge swastika was over the top! Racist would of worked well enough for the story line. I think Bailey handled it quite well and I loved her Nazi comment!

Comments about last night?

It was one of the bloodiest episodes in a while.

And I was sad at the end to see which of the patients had died. I won't post it here yet in case some haven't watched. I'll just say it was sad.

Ava/Rebecca - ugh. I'm glad Alex told her like it is.

George was funny with Bailey and her husband. I also liked his resolution of things with Izzie.

McDreamy, Meredith and Nurse Rose - I don't know. Nice to see him with a grown-up.
