I laughed when she came out in that. I wear a headband like that to keep my hair back when I wash my face in the mornings.

Maybe it's me, but I think she looks like she crashed into a fish and a peacock and ended up with the fish scales all over the top and feathers all over the bottom of her dress . . .

Then again I haven't eaten all day and I'm starting to get cranky

Yep. Solid bottom layer on the dress and get rid of 2 of the flouncy things..just keep the one at the waist and make it a wee bit smaller...or get rid of all 3 of them and just keep the sparkle.
