It is exactly like Lorelei said, Richard and Emily get Rory as their 'do-over' to have the girl they always wanted.
I still like Rory, just need to remember she is young. Has lots of growing up to do.

You can see in Rory's defense, that she is upset about her mom dropping out of her life. We shall see what happens.

I could not believe she was going out and partying while she's awaiting trial!! I'd have felt too guilty. Plus, she's drinking in a bar underage (she doesn't turn 21 until October). What if she'd been busted?

She doesn't have that much to be upset about. How she could be hurt by Lorelai not coming to her court hearing? Rory didn't tell her when & where the hearing was scheduled. Rory never asked Lorelai to come. For goodness sake, she had no problem sending her grandmother to move her stuff out of her home with Lorelai.

Who wants to watch a show that doesn't change. Everyone is ripping on Rory-but I give the show a lot of credit for mixing things around a little.

What kid doesn't resent their parents a little and wish that they could live on the other side of the fence.

When Rory was messing around with Dean when he was married, yuck, but it happened and her mom wasn't to pleased.

I think the new story lines are great.

I watched (Dean's) don't know his real name, new show and we flipped it after 10 minutes. Sorry, I hate the Supernatural, scary horror shows.

I think the show has taken a twist I wasn't quite expecting. I figured with Logan she would get a little "rich sickness" and live like Emily and Richard, but I didn't think she would actually LIVE WITH THEM!!!!

Is it summer still, or is it now time for Yale to start again??

How many times do you think Paris will call Lorelai during the next few episodes?? It might be the comic relief in the upcoming shows??

I think it's still summer...the timeline was pretty much right where it left off last season.

I can't wait to hear Paris' calls to Lorelai.

Ya, Paris cracks me up. And Michel (sp?) does too. And Miss Patty and Babette are funny too.

Lorelei should be living her life. She has focused on Rory for the past 20 years, now it is time for her (and Luke) to have their time.
She didn't drop out of Rorys life. Rory is the one dropping out of Lors life.

I agree-would not have been a good thing to get caught in the bar underage while awaiting her court date!

I do like Logan though. I think he may start to get serious, and feel guilty for turning Rory into a dropout/criminal.

A girl said to me today "Do you watch Gilmore Girls" I said yes, I love it. She says "You look like Lorelei." I took that as a huge compliment!

On a spoiler site I read, when they said that Jess (Milo) was coming back for an episode this season, it mentioned that he is dating Rory (Alexis) yet in real life, so at least as of a few months ago they were an item.
