I thought it funny that Logan's House(er.."castle ) made Rory's grandparents mansion look like not much.I wonder where they get these places to film in? Rory noticed that Logan's parents had an original Velazquez painting (who is a pretty obscure artist, shows she is well educated, BTW).

Mom is a class A beatch-The whole "she's not good enough for you son" and "Why aren't you still seeing Blahblah" was soooo tasteless.She also sort of "put down " Rory's grandmother , Emily, as being a "oerfect hostess-party planner" said verrty sarcastically.

I also think Logan's Dad is a hunk( but I'm his age, not Rory's)...wonder if he'll make a "play" for her?

Logan's mom is played by Leann Hunley - she was on Days of Our Lives too - her name was Anna Dimera and she was Roman's wife and Carrie's mom

Those of you who thought Logan's dad was hunky...

I searched to see who it was (he looked so darn familiar) and his name is Gregg Henry. He's been on like a MILLION tv shows. And the funny thing that I remembered him from... he played the deadbeat dad on the Torkelsons!!! Doesn't anyone remember that show??? I LOVED that show. (he was only in two episodes though).

Oh and about the fifth site that came up when I googled him was "Gregg Henry nude pics". I SWEAR I DIDN'T LOOK!!!! But... that's kinda creepy.

I think part of the reason I like Rory with Logan is because I think he's a cutie . I never thought her other guys were all that attractive. I also like that he has a bit of bad boy in him but he also seems very protective of Rory. Dean was too much of a wimp and Jess too much of a bad boy and acted like he could care less about her. I dunno I just really like her with Logan.

Did you see the scenes for next week's show? Do you think Lorelei is pregnant?
Emily was over the top tonight with Lorelei tonight. I think Rory's relationship with Logan is going to cause a rift with Rory and Lorelei. I have to say, I still like Logan though. I don't think Lorelei is giving him a chance.

I agree, I think Lorelei should be practicing what she is preaching about them just being kids and not taking the relationship so seriously. For the first time in watching this I really didn't like the wasy she was acting. And Richard and Emily were hysterical. I mean, yea, they were over the top with the Cape Cod bit, but that is just typic grandparents seeing their grandkid in a relationship stuff. I laughed the entire episode.

I laughed at their Cape Cod stuff too. I thought it was hysterical how they were so upset that they hadn't had Logan over for dinner sooner. I didn't like the way Emily was treating Lorelei. I think Lorelei felt out numbered at dinner.

BTW Diana Lyn I love your tag about 90210. I used to love that show

Okay, I missed last night's episode and I am soooo upset about it! I had seen the previews and I REALLY wanted to watch it but I completely lost track of time and missed it. Times like these make me wish I had TiVo

Can someone please fill me in? The previews looked hilarious! And what were the scenes from next week's show. Someone mentioned they think Lorelai might be pregnant? I need details!

Not the only one!! I pretty much end every post on this thread with "Still don't like Logan!!" MM, we're always on the same page!

Lorelai is being protective of Rory. Remember, Em and Rich don't know that Rory is sexually active with this kid, and until recently it was casually sexually active. You think they'd be so easy going if they knew?

My SO keeps asking me why I don't like him. He points out all his good qualities. At the end of the show last night, I pointed to Lorelai and said, "Okay, why doesn't SHE like him?" and he responded, "The same reasons you don't." Exactly! Mamas know stuff (even a not quite yet, soon to be any day mama!).

And OMG...if Lorelai is pregnant!!!!!

Wouldn't that be some storyline if they write in that Lorelai is indeed pregnant? Wonder what will happen then? And, I like that Luke wants that house - but I don't know how Lorelai will respond to it.

I'm still catching up on the old seasons so I'm not much help. I watched last night but have to admit I was confused, lol. Is Rory at Yale? I thought she attended Harvard. Is undergraduate over as her grandparents offered Rory a drink and I didn't realize she is supposed to be 21 now.

Rory started her internship with Logan's dad and spent her time "shadowing" him (how could he determine her qualities that way?). Rory & Logan had dinner at the Gilmores and Logan tried to steal an antique sewing kit and leave a knick-knack from another rich family (he told Rory he always takes something and leaves something else and the rich folks never know - unfortunately Lorelai overheard). Of course, Emily immediately missed the sewing kit and began making a big stink even accusing the maid of taking it, so Lorelai yelled that she found it and Logan had to give it to Lorelai to keep from getting found out. I admit I'm not impressed with Logan. I also thought it seemed presumptuous for Logan to refer to the Gilmores by their first names right off the bat - perhaps they already knew each other? Lorelai had a few meetings with a bigwig who wants to invest in her inn or buy it outright. She seemed to be considering it which I thought seemed odd given how long she has wanted to have her own inn.

Next week's previews showed Logan's dad telling Rory she didn't have "it" and Lorelai asking a very-pregnant Suki how she first knew she was pregnant. Is that number 2, btw?

To answer some of disney4us2002's questions: Rory's in her second year at Yale...never went to Harvard. She's not legal yet, which is why her drink was club soda. I assume Logan is older, but don't know. Yes, it's Suki's second child.
