I think i've read this somewhere but do we know how far in advance GH films? I'm just wondering when we are going to have to start worrying about the strike and getting my daily GH fix. I read that late night talk shows are already dark and daytime tv will be next so just curious.

They are about 3-3.5 weeks out now. However, KMc said at her PA this weekend that they will get Scab writers. Also the outlines are done through February.

Ending weeks of speculation, GH fans discover the dead body Nik woke up to at the start of sweeps is his future wife, Em. "It's really been a frenzy," says NL, regarding Internet feedback about Em's fate."I like that people are talking about it!"

Confirmation of Em's demise was shocking since after much publicized contract negotiations this summer in which some mags questioned her status with GH, Livingston did re-sign. "I don't want to get into the whole thing," she says."I'm so happy we have mags like yours that do print the truth and tell things the way they are."

As NL explains negotiations were tricky."Bob and Jill and I have had many conversations over the past year, just trying to figure out what I wanted to do and what they had in mind for the story. They knew I was looking to explore other roles in films and prime-time. When I look back at the last five years, it's been the most incredible experience and more than I could have ever imagined."

The finality of her situation is hitting the actress. She confesses,"I looked at Becky and said,' Becky this is our last scene together,' and she just started crying. It was very emotional. It helped the scene b/c this is someone who Emily loves and I love Becky."*

And let me guess Nic's new love interest will be that Nadine girl. Although I have always thought that Emily was boring, I really like her and Nicholas together. I thought the scene's they shared the other day when he was asking her to marry him were great. I admit that I teared up.

This "condition" of Nicholas' is a well guarded secret. I am actually anxious to see what happens here. Especially if it brings back any of the other Cassadines.

I read (allegedly) nurse Leyla will be helping him through the rough time after Emily dies and he finds out whats wrong with him. She's the one who had her pearl necklace broken when Maxi pulled on it to get her attention. Nic later came up and talked to her about it.

Robin did look rediculous looking for a donor. Why didn't she just get an anomyous donor. In my Dr's office, there is a sheets of paper you can look at for a donor.
