It won't stop you from enjoying your vacation, believe me! I went last fall, and while the walls are noticable, they are not enough to dampen the great vacation that is WDW

Just booked our sister trip for Feb3rd-6th at AKL a couple days ago! We are in our late 20s and early 30s and haven't gone to WDW together in over 10 years, so we are both really excited for a weekend away together to relive some childhood memories and to make some new ones too!

It is our 1st trip & we are so excited!!! We have a 3 year old little girl & a 1 1/2 year baby boy & I can't wait to see their expressions!

Great to meet everyone! I'm trying to get caught up on the thread but it is a lot of pages & thought I'd subscribe now & catch up.

We are going to be staying at CSR. I really like the way the new rooms look & the actual doors to the vanity area are great since our son has problems falling asleep with others around, so it will be nice to be able to put his crib in there.

I've heard great things about the Polynesian!! I hope you like it!! I would love the ease of the monorail, I think. One day we may be able to stay there or another deluxe but this trip was just kinda on a whim so we hadn't really had time to save up much.

Saving? Who's saving? We are just using tax refund money My plan is to put it on a cc until the tax money comes in, then pay it off. And we would never be able to stay at the Poly on our own. Part of the room fee and 3 days of our park tickets and airfare was a christmas present from my parents. The only string attached is that they are going to stay with us for the first 3 nights. But we are very close, so that is fine and we will have 4 days to ourselves too after they leave Can't wait! So excited to see the magic in my little guys eyes! I have been before, but it was 20 years ago and I've never stayed onsite....much less on the monorail!

CSR looks amazing! Love the decor and I loved that you can actually book a king bed. Not many of the resorts offer that guarantee. It is usually a request. We had to decide on two rooms at a mod or one room deluxe (to fit all 5 of us). I really liked POFQ and CSR, but decided to try them next time as we were getting this awesome xmas present....when else would we ever be able to afford the Poly?! Yay...have fun!

We will be there from 1/31-2/8. We told the girls on Christmas and they are SO excited! Its none stop- Are we leaving now? When are we going? Are you packing for our trip? Can we do this and that when we get there?!

OK I am new so forgive me for anything stupid that I say. My 11 year old daughter signed me up so I am just trying to figure things out. We will be arriving on Feb. 3rd, 2012. My daughter has had her wish granted by the CHILDRENS WISH FOUNDATION so we are planning, panicing, oh and excidedly anticipating our dream vacation. We will be staying at GIVE KIDS THE WORLD from Feb 3rd - Feb. 10th 2012 We could definitely use any advise on how to navigate the parks.

It's hard to believe that we are almost just 1 month away from our trip. I can't wait. The holidays slowed my planning down but now it's time to start making lists of what I need to buy for the trip and what to pack. It's a surprise trip so we have to do all this stuff without the kids realizing what we are up to.

Take your time and enjoy it is my advice. Make sure that happy family memories are your your first priority.
