*The OFFICIAL February 2012 Thread!*

We will be at BWV Feb. 16 - 24 too! Looking forward to our trip. Can't wait to make my ADR's next week!

Anyone make their ADR's yet? I can't wait...just a couple more days. :goodvibes

We're hoping for:

Sunday-Dinner at 1900 Park Fare
Monday-Breakfast at CRT
Tuesday-Late Breakfast at Akershus
Wednesday-Breakfast at H&V
Thursday-No ADR
Friday-Breakfast at Tusker House
Dinner (no kids!!!!!) ????

Need suggestions for dinner on Friday. We were thinking that we would either go to DTD get dinner and see La Nouba or go to Epcot since its PM EMH and try to do stuff (like Soarin') that we couldn't do together on our park day with the kids.

Any advice?

I'm in the middle of my ADRs right now (Feb 4-11). So far no problem getting the times I want, even when I check dates a week or more before my dates. Just not that many people reserving at 180 days out., though with free dining near my dates I imagine things will fill up by the time we arrive.

Epcot during PM EMH will have longer lines. Only a few attractions will be open so everyone will be concentrated in a few areas, and it won't get "too late" for a lot of people until 11:00 PM. You'll get extra rides in, but will have more time in lines than during other points of your trip. Personally I would opt for DTD if you don't have that scheduled elsewhere.

Dont know about DTD, we have only had Earl of Sandwich there, which I would *highly* recomment, but for a night with no kids, I would want a sit down not a CS.

If you are in Epcot, I dont think you can go wrong with Rose and Crown. The food there is good, the atmosphere is fantastic.

Tomorrow is my ADR day. I pretty much think I have it figured out. :lmao: I am sure I will get mine done then go in and refine for a month or two.

Cant believe its only 6 months away!!!

because of Free Dining, we upped our trip one week. We are now going Jan 29th -Feb 3rd

Our ADRs are booked~:cool1:

Sun~we arrive at Pop, going to MK in the evening but not using a table credit
Mon~Epcot, Chef Mickey's breakfast
Tue~Hollywood Studios, 50s Prime Time dinner
Wed~Magic Kingdom, Crystal Palace dinner
Thu~Animal Kingdom, Hoop De Doo Revue (our first time!)
Fri~Universal Day

Made our 1st ADR's this morning! So nice to finally be making them! Even though I'll probably change them 13 times between now and then.:rotfl:

So far the only ADR we are set for is V&A for our anniversary.
We tried for the chef's table, but it is booked solid, no matter, we haven't even tried to general dining room yet, so we went ahead and booked that instead to begin with.

I am pretty excited!

Just booked our ADR's.:banana: Got everything we wanted with no problem (well, except that the website made me log in and confirm about 600 times)

We still didn't decide about our date night, but the character meals are all set.

Congrats! I can't wait to do mine on Saturday. Still doing some last minute tweaking and trying to decide where to eat on our last night.

Just booked our ADR's today! For some reason it makes it more "real". LOL

We only do a few each trip and are pretty flexible in what we do/where we eat except for Crystal Palace. We always have breakfast at Crystal Palace on the first morning we are in WDW so we can get a family picture in front of the castle early in the morning without a ton of people around us!

I always see people say this... and I have a question. Is this not true for CRT as well? I just never see anyone mention it as they do with CP. :confused3 Is there something I'm missing?

But, I agree. Booking the meals makes it more "official". Congrats!

Yeah, I guess it's true since they have a breakfast, right? But I have all boys so CRT isn't going to happen :rotfl:

I'm hoping to be able to join this thread soon!

We are looking at either Feb 4-9 or Feb 11-16. If we do Feb 11, we'll do a room only reservation for one night and then switch to free dining. Does anyone know how that works? We don't have to check out of our room, do we and check back in?

If we do Feb 4-9, we'll do MK on our day of arrival for just a few hours. If we do Feb 11-16, we won't do MK until the 12th for a full day. So not sure if I want to give up a few hours at MK on the 4th or not.... We do 2 full days at MK either way.

Wouldn't it be MORE true for Cinderella's Table? Looking at the map, Crystal Palace is just inside the gates. If you have a breakfast reservation there, can you still go all the way up to the Castle before other people are allowed into the park?

Did my dining reservations. :banana::banana:

I was not able to get Tutto Italia for any day though, found that kind of scary.

I will keep trying, never know when it will open up.

2/16-2/18 Hyatt Place Orlando/ Universal

Now to figure out what places we want to eat. Never did the free dining before so that will be new and different for us.

Yeah!!!!:banana::banana::dance3:

Add us to the list!

We're arriving Feb. 12 and staying at POFQ. Then we go to the Doubletree on Feb. 18 for Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. I'm so excited. We had to cancel our summer vacation because I've been very sick, but we're really banking on me be better in 6 months, so this is incentive to go to every doctor's appointment and remember to take all the medications and stuff.

This is our first time taking advantage of Free Dining.

Here's our ressies:

2/13- dinner at 50s Prime Time Cafe
2/14- lunch at Akershus (how romantic- lunch with my husband and son and 5 Disney princesses on Valentines Day)
2/15- breakfast at Crystal Palace
2/16- dinner at Chef Mickey
2/17- Dinner at Garden Grill
