If I book now for 12/2010, and I get a discount offer, will they honor it without having to cancel and rebook? Or am I better off not booking increasing my chances of getting an offer? We did stay in 2009 and got offers for early-mid 2010, but I haven't received any December offers yet.

Does anyone have any experience getting a Pin for Christmas thru New Years? I got one for Dec 2009, but was unable to use it. It really surprised me because I didn't know that they discounted holidays. I have read and re-read it and it was for that time period. We are thinking about going Christmas thru New Years this year. Wonder what my chances are for a code?

We are planning to go 12/7-12/13 and staying at Pop. I've always heard it's better to wait to book. The more rooms are already booked the less chance they'll do discounts etc.

If they do a great discount we might plan on staying longer!

OK so I am such an Idiot! I have been getting PINS all along but I just delete the emails! I did an email search and found 8 different pins in there, all from Disney destinations......All of the pins I came across today are either expired or for dates that im not going! How can I retrieve any that I have deleted? I just decided on this trip so I never even opened the emails from Disney!

call Disney and ask if there are any pins attached to your name. If any are currently active they will tell you what they are. Hope this helps

Luckily rec'd that ever-elusive PIN CODE email last week, good for select dates throughout the rest of the year. We are planning on visiting in early November. Should I call and make reservations soon? How quickly would things fill up for that time period? The email stated that there are a select number of rooms for the offer. Anyone had issues getting what they want?

Yup that's what we are looking for also. There is 7 of us going to Disney this year. Staying at POP Century Dec 1st to December 18th. Almost 3 weeks on vacation!!!!!!!!

Now I pray to the Free Dining Gods from up abovePlease send free dining my way. Send me that pin that I so despartly need.

BTW- we just got back from Disney Nov27th to Dec 15th 2009 and the parks are getting busier and busier every year. It was still a good time if you can deal with crowds.

We are going in December, but I am not sure I am after free dining this time around! I am hoping for a room only code. The youngest just wants to do one day in Epcot (we'll go for free using GAD). I'll have enough Disney Rewards to pay for a nice sit down meal that night there. The rest of the trip we'll be at HP at US, Busch Gardens and Sea World! I still want to stay on Disney property the entire trip though...so bring on room only pin!

How do you know it's the "official pin email?" Will it solely be sent only for a pin? I get so many emails from Disney I don't want it to be in fine print and miss it.

I am searching mye-mails now...so far I got one about the "GAD" promo we are doing and I don't see a PIN there. Sigh...I ordered the DVD last night too. Hope that helps!
