Thanks!I did and went and got the tape last night. How long did it take for you to feel a difference in your pain level?
Does any one know if they are offering the relay option for his years wine and Dine?![]()

They didn't have it this past year either...if that makes you feel any better
Wait, dressing up is involved? Why didn't I know that?
Ok, that's just all out FUN!
Wait till I tell my cousin we are going as Bacon and Eggs. Or something similar. Maybe not, she might drop out! Hahahaha!!!
Thanks for all the recs on training- I will be looking into them!
Dressed up as a Modern santa for a december 5k. Dressed up for Tinkerbell half, red wings and all. Just dressed up for the Yuengling Shamrock half as a leppruchan, orange sideburns and all. But for the W&D I am going to be more focused on the after party and I don't feel like carrying around a costume all night, maybe I'll wear a local beer tshirt and one of those beer helmets...
The Yuengling Shamrock weekend offers several races for everyone in the family. A mile run for youngsters, 8K, Half and Full. The course is super flat and fast, many use it to qualify for Boston.
J&A put on the best races. Awesome management. The best after parties for all races on the beach. Great bling. And nice attire to purchase.
Va Beach usually has warmer than normal temps in March, so coming from PA is a break from the cold weather.
My family loves going and this year my DDs, 8 & 9, both ran the 8K. We had a ton of fun.
Was not aware of this race-I know that there was 5K at the brewery this year. Speaking of VA races, I plan on doing Va. Wine Country Half next June, and for my 50th, the 2016 Va. Beach R&R Half!
Is there a percentage number for the tickets sold for the Finish Line party for the spectators? I have a few friends thinking of coming along that haven't purchased their passes yet. Can this sell out at any moment (similar to the Cheer Squad package for the Princess) or is it unlimited?
April 13th is the 5K at the brewery in Pottsville, that is going to be a hilly run, but it is the first one ever and has a tour as part of the brewery after the run.
I am doing that one as well, should be a lot of fun.
Wow, I wonder if it will be sold out before May 1st...
