The Office.

Awww...I loved the teapot. And then Jim traded with Dwight to get the teapot back! :cloud9:

That episode has a line I quote all the time, too. When Michael is mad about Phyllis's oven mit gift (which was a very sad "Office" moment) and he says "This is her saying 'I only loves me an oven mits worth'!" So I'll be sitting at lunch and I'll split, say, a cookie with someone and I'll get like a third rather than a half and I'll just shout "she only loves me A THIRD OF A COOKIES WORTH!". I quote The Office way too many times in a day. It's a sick obsession, really.
Actually, Jim tried to trade with Dwight but he wouldn't do it. Then Pam saw how much it meant to Jim, so she traded her iPod with Dwight.

Then Jim pocketed the card, which made me sad a little. =[

Ah yes. How did I forget about that? I knew that had to be wrong as I was writing it because I knew that Jim didn't end up with the iPod in Yankee Swap and Pam did (because Roy was "going to get her one anyway"). I am losing my head.

Yes, I was very sad that Jim took the card.

Ha. No, he was going to get her a sweater. Because she asked him "oh, what are you going to get me now?" and he said "Oh, I don't know...a sweater." By the way he said it, you knew.

Have you watched this show? Yes!!
What do you think of it? Love it!
Favorite season? The First Season.
Favorite character? Pam, Jim, and Dwight (:lmao: ).
Least favorite character? Karen. gag!
Favorite episode? The one where that guy comes in because of that comment Michael made and they had to guess the race they had taped on their head. Too funny for words.
What do you think of Pam's and Jim's "relationship"? Love em together. They're so sweet together!
What'd you think of Pam's fiance? Hated him. His name is Roy btw.
What do you think of Micheal Scott? He is a hillarious moron!

Oh my God, Diversity Day is definitely in my top 3!

Kevin: "Wanna go to the beach?"
Angela: "Maybe."
K: "Wanna go get high?"
A: "Um, no."
K: "I think you do, 'mon"

or...

when Michael signed the HERO thing "Daffy Duck". My mother has yet to sign a receipt her actual name since the airing of that episode.

or...
(one of my favorites, after the first one)
Michael: "...some burritos or some colored greens or some pad thai."
Stanley: "It's collard greens." (in awesome Stanley the Manley bored voice)
M: "What?"
S: "It's collard greens."
M: "That doesn't make sense. You don't call them 'collard people'...that's offensive."

or...

Michael: "Olympics of suffering right here! Slavery versus the Holocaust, c'mon!"

or...(last one, I promise)

Michael: "You'll notice I didn't have anybody being Arab. I thought that would be too explosive, uhh, no pun intended. But I just thought, 'too soon' for Arabs, maybe next year. You know, the ball's in their court."
THAT ONE may actually be my favorite. If not, my most often quoted.

How could I forget about Diversity Day? OMG, I think that was the episode that actually got me completely hooked on this show.

It was toooo funny.

____________

My mind is drawing a blank. Who is Karen?

Haha. I just watched the episode where Jan comes and has a meeting with all the girls, so Micheal gets jealous and takes all the guys down to the warehouse. Then he wrecks everything and helps them form a union.

Hhaaha.

I know this is an older thread...but i'm upset that i missed it, so i'm bringin it back.

I think the office is possibly the funniest show on tv (besides arrested development...but that's cancelled now, so the office wins)
It's so realistic, my parent's office is alot like that. the characters are so quirky and awesome.

My favourite season is.....probably season 2

Favourite character.....JIM. He is too funny, and extremely sweet & endearing. love him. i also really like angela. just because she makes me laugh.

kelly annoys me a tad. and i REALLY hate karen (just because i'm a jim/pammer.) annnnd andy annoys me sometimes.

favourite episode?? hmmm.....the one where andy makes his own ring tone of himself singing rockin robin.

i am a jim/pammer. they are adorable <333333

i like roy. he's a funny dude.

and i love michael. he's so clueless and you feel so sorry for him all the time.
he's great. really funny.

<333 the office.

No problem Caitlin. I was actually looking for this thread yesterday to tell everyone I finished Season 2 & 3.

Eh, Karen wasn't so bad it's just that I'm all for JAM so she gets in the way.

OMG Casino Night! When Jim had that one tear running down his cheek as he told Pam he was in love with her. AWWWWWWW. I just melted. MELTED.

And then I jumped up and down at the end of Season 3 when he finally asked her out! Pam looked so happy.

Watch this, girls it will make you melt.

OMFREAKIN'G!!!!!!

THAT EPISODE MADE ME CRY SOOO MUCH!!!

it's funny that a comedy show that is SO hilarious, can also be so full of emotion and stuff.
it honestly really made me cry.
i am a HUGE jim/pam fan and that episode made me go craaazy!!
and since it was the season finale....it made me even more crazy! because i had to wait for the next season to see what happens!!
i LOVEd the love triangle in season 3 though, and i was very happy with the outcome :goodvibes

Me too. =]

I love how The Office is so...imperfect. Like on most TV shows everything seems kinda fake, but like...this seems so real.
