Up this morning at 07:00. We headed off to Ponderosa. Logan enjoyed the scrambled egg again. I had a little of most thinks. We went in to Hollywood Studios (MGM). The car park was ½ full. We parked in Film. We got the tram to the front gate. When we got in to the park we headed in to the Animation Courtyard. The q for the Little Mermaid was 40 mins long. We thought that we would go and have a ride on the new buzz ride. The q was 120 mins long. Yes I really did type 120 mins long. I joined the q to get a fast pass. This took 10 mins. In that time it had moved on 30 mins. So at 11:00 we got fast passes for 17:15 18:15. We then went in to the Honey I shrunk the Kids Back Stage Adventure. Logan (and I) loved this. It was plenty of running round, up and down and every thing is massive, inc a big dogs nose that sniffs you. I got this pic of Logan on an ant.
The Power Ranges came out at 12:00. We qued up to see the red ranger first. Logan really got in to charactor for this. Then it was the blue followed by the yellow Power Ranger.
We headed round to the Star Wars ride. Kirsty cannot go on , so it was down to Logan and myself. The q was showing 20 mins. Both Logan and myself really liked the theaming in the q. After 25 mins it was our time to board out flight for Endor. Logan did enjoy the ride, but he said it was a bit bumpy.
We found Kirsy at the exit when we got off. The Jedi Academy had just started so we watched it, with logan sitting on my shoulders. At the end Logan asked if he could get picked so we took up our places and waited 30 mins for the next showing. With Kirsty and myself telling him when it was time to shout and jump. He did but he did not get picked. At the end we throught that we would give it one more try. Kirsty got us some food and we waited one last time. This time we moved locations and when it was time I jumped up and down and was shouting. Logan go picked and he headed straight up on the stage. The camera came out and did not get put down. Logan was really good and really enjoyed it. He was the youngest there.
After this we went to see the parade witch stared at 15:45. I got us some good seats. This was a different parade to last year and we all clapped along to the party. It was now time for some Ice cream. We got Logan done up like a tigger.
There was now no q for the Little Mermaid so it was time for us to go and have a look. It was a bit short for me, but very well done.
We went back to the big play ground and got there just as it was closing at 17:30 but I managed to sneak in with Logan. After 15 mins we did get told it was closed and we did have to leave. It was now time to go and use our fast passes on Toy Mainier. The stand by q was now over 140 mins, and the q for the fatst past was 20 mins. We all very much enjoyed the ride. I got over 166000, Logan 16000 and Kirsty with 34000. I throght that this was ok until I had a look at the day highest scores, and that was overt 36000. Logan was hungry so we when over to Pizza Planet to find a pizza. On the way Logan wanted to do the Great Movie Ride, so guess what, we did. There was no q at all for this. This ment by the time we got to Pizza Planet it was closed. We wanted to watch Fantasmic so we walked over there and at the entrance found somewhere that sold pizza. We got that and went in the q for Fantasmic. After 30 mins of waiting and Logan nearly falling asleep we decided to head home.
On the way out of the gate I went in to the photo shop to get the pics from the 14:20 showing of the Jedi Academy. This took over 40 min to do, as there was a long q. I would advise any one that is wanting to do this to get it done early in the day.
Logan fell asleep on the way home which is the norm now so the bed was calling us both.
