Hahahaha....I love helping people save money! I almost bought Madison one of those light up toys, but I didn't. I'm working today, so maybe I'll pick one up (if we have any left).

I bought the light-up toy to keep them from wanting to buy the expensive ones they sell during Fireworks show!

I don't remember the name of VB pattern & I'm not home to look at it. But, it only had two colors, black & brown. I've been wanting a black & brown backpack. Those are my top two colors I seem to wear in the winter.

I love the bags! I have to be careful...I like bags too much and end up with too many. While we were at WDW recently the special purchase was a luggage set. It was sooo cute and sooo cheap. (if you spent $50) I almost bought it. I didn't though since I figured I would have to check it or another bag to get home and bag fees have gone up again!!!

Ummmm...that doesn't work. To my experience they STILL want all the other light up toys. Last December, we gave DD $80 from her savings account to spend on whatever she wanted. I think about $50 was spent on light up toys. Admittedly, she still plays with many of them...especially the lightsaber (yeah, she's quite the girly girl, huh?) so I suppose not a waste of money.

You ARE good packing 3 wks early for trips! I am a terrible procrastinator & this is the earliest I've packed. I do wish I was more like you, it would make my life less stressful!

I'm going to try the ziploc packing approach for the boys this trip, I think it's a GREAT idea!!! And a good way to keep clean from dirty on the way home, too!

I haven't even thought about packing yet and I'm at 9 days. For those who know me well, they know I don't pack until the day before. Yes, you heard me right...the day before. If I pack any earlier I will definately forget something. Yes, I have an amazing packing list, but I like to pack all at once or else I feel scatterbrained. I took off from work next Tuesday so I can pack. It won't take me long at all, but I don't want to do it while Madison is home. I work much better when I'm home all by myself!

That reminds me, I will HAVE to take pics of what my bed looks like when I'm packing. It's pretty awesome.

Yay for Lexi being all packed up! Ha ha, yes boys will be boys. Just today I found Noah's clean underwear in the car- I asked him about it and he just laughed. Still can't figure out why he would put his underwear in the car.

I like the ziploc bag idea. I end up putting the clothes in the order they will wear them top to bottom, but they always want something else to wear.

You are so much better than me at packing. I am such a last minute packer. I try to start piling clothes in a laundry basket the week of to make it a little easier.

nice packing pics and goodies!! I love DD's bags I would soooo buy bags just like that! I had pink luggage once and it got sooo dirty my first airplane ride with it and then the little peg on the bottom broke off so there went the pink luggage!

Less than a week!!!!!

Lexi is so girly & loves anything with pink dots. The luggage fits her perfectly!
I was wondering if anyone would recognize where the bathing suit came from . I love Target! I think more than 50% of our clothes come from Target. My bathing suit came from Target too.

You definitely need to do the ziplock bags, it is so nice! It's a big time saver. You don't have pick or lay out clothes.

I've started teaching a new class this week, so I can't get off work & every night we have football and/or volleyball. If it wasn't for that, I would be packing the last night too! I will say this does feel so good being ahead!

The ziplock bags for kids is awesome! Our 1st couple of days at Disney the kids were up & dressed before we got out of the bed they were so excited to go to the parks.

I'm glad you had a good trip & can't wait to see all the pics of Henry enjoying his trip!

The heat wasn't that bad! Our last day seemed the hottest. We had our photo shoot and I was just MELTING on the beach. Thankfully all my "glowing" didn't show up too bad in the pictures. Other than that, it was actually pretty nice! We hit rain a couple times, but nothing bad.

I am so excited, and I am so happy you will be doing a trip report. This is how I feel...

for packing!!! It will feel even better the night before/morning of when you aren't running around like crazy!

I love your LGMHs! They look awesome on your bags. I cannot recall, do you have any DIS meets planned? Or, just going to see if you run into anyone? I hope you do-it's so fun!

I'm not sure when you are leaving, I am guessing within the next week - I squinted to see the dates on your AWESOME Daily planning journal, anywho... have a WONDERFUL trip!!! I wish I could make a planning journal that cute and have my family stick to it! Uggghhh.... I'm telling you.... I start planning my dining and what park to do what time and when around the 7 month mark with a planning website I subsribe to, then to have it pretty much thrown out because DD or DH have different ideas! DH at least works overtime when we are at the parks so he can get to his ADR's - even if we are running from MK to get to EP for our meal, which was not planned in the 1st place! He just doesn't understand the importance of this and how big of a Disney nut I am !

I LOVE using the ziploc bags. I have been doing about 10 years with my kids. My oldest packed his outfits in ziplocs when he went to Spain as a senior on high school. Of course, I have had to find bigger ziplocs, but it is still a system that works.

I never heard of packing w/ziplock bags until I read it on the dis in a WDW tip thread. I love it! Another tip I now use on all our trips that I read about on Dis is bringing a shoe pocket hanger to hold all misc items in bathroom.

I LOVE the Creative Design thread and have used their designs to make us shirts for this trip.

When I'm at Disney I feel like I have to have Disney attire!

Lexi & Levi love wearing their Mickey shirts & they picked out the ones they wanted. Brad is only one that doesn't share our attire taste!



This is two of Levi's. He is a BIG Dallas Cowboy (Go Romo!) & Atanta Braves fan & he wanted these designs

He loves Chip & Dale & wanted this design. He will wear it when we eat at Garden Grill.

This is one of Lexi's. Notice it matches her luggage! She is so girly & loves anything w/pink dots. I knew this would be one that she would want before she even looked at it.

And, my favorite outfit that she will be wearing the day we go to AK
