Up early for breakfast at 7.30 in Santa Fe, this was OK busy but not the mad scramble we had expected, food was fine.
We got the bus for EMH, the bus was crowded and included a couple who appeared to be getting married judging by the smart clothes and the large bouquet.
Our first ride was on Peter Pan which was a great success, followed by tea cups, dumbo and the carousel, buzz light year and the orbitron, we had our fill of rides until normal opening and then went in for the Winne the Pooh show, which the kids loved.
We then strolled about the park and made our way over to Disney Village for Sunday Brunch at The Steakhouse, this was fantastic and possibly the highlight of our trip. We had half board plus vouchers and the brunch was 35 euros so we just had to pay the 10 euros difference. We were greeted with lollypops for the kids and champagne for the adults, wine and water was available on tap throughout our meal. The buffet was excellent and the kids loved the food and the chocolate fountain. The characters were great fun and we spent an enjoyable and relaxing couple of hours here, before heading back to the park for an equally relaxing train ride which we joined at Main Street with only a 10 min queue.
It was now time for the parade, which we watched at Bella Notte and then made a mad dash in the rain to catch the Lion King Show, a fantastic show and well worth seeing.
It been a very busy day and we decided to head back to Santa Fe for a quick cocktail and an early night. However, by the time we got back had a drink and got the kids settled it was still gone 10pm, so much for the early night.
A very busy but successful day.
