We are in the same boat. We really want to do an Epcot Deluxe resort, but without a discount its not going to happen.

I'm hoping for a RO discount as well. I had originally wanted FD, and our dates fall within the timeframe, but ended up buying park tickets at a great discount through a homeschool group (and now we get to visit the parks for 7 days instead of our original 3...yeah!!). Since you usually have to purchase park tickets in order to get FD, that makes us out for that promotion. But a RO discount would be great!

Is anyone else getting up and calling anyway? Call me crazy, but if the rumored FD dates are off, or if a RO comes out at the same time, I want to be able to scoop it up. I'll probably be on here at the same time though, and if I see any confirmed info come through that I'm wasting my time, I'll move on. Until then...it aint over 'til it's over!

Seeing rumors on FD board today's release is delayed BC of mine train opening....I'll try calling anyway but we may hear over there first that today is a no go

I was told that no promotions are out past August right now, but to keep checking. the website. I asked if that meant something could still come out today, and he said probably not, promos usually come out in the morning. Then I asked if he knew whether I could expect something for an Oct. 20 check-in date soon, and he said he wasn't sure, but that Oct. promos usually come out later.

I'm tired today. I got up at 1:45am Disney time to check online for discounts...and again at 5:00am...and again at 6:00am. Yep, I'm a discount stalker! I'll let you guys know if I find out anything.

I'm not booking until I can confirm a discount. However when I put my dates in on disney a site many of my room choices are unavailable. Is anyone else nervous that if free dining does actually come 2 months earlier than normal that rooms will book up enough and a RO discount won't be offered? I'm freaking out a bit
