Woke at 1:20, 2:40 and 5:20am. We bought cereals from the lite bite hotel supermarket for breakfast. The plan for today was to ease us in gently by going shopping! We went over to Pointe Orlando (nothing like it was in 2000)its going through refurbishment at the moment so not too many shops open but we think when its finished it will be great! There is a huge Foot Locker there its like 3 shops in one (ladies, kids and mens) as the trip reports get further on you will see that DS has an unhealthy obsession with Foot Locker! I think we went in one nearly every day!!! I had a look round Victoria's Secrets there was some lovely things there and I tried some perfume in there called very sexy it was a gorgeous smell but I managed to hold off buying it until another day! There is a store there called Bath and Body and they had some new bath and shower goodies based on cocktails pina colada, daquari and martini very sweet smells they were hard to resist! Now I'm trying to create the illusion that I'm not eager to buy stuff so I was just browsing today (yeah right!) We had lunch in Johnny Rockets its an American 50's style diner (grease style) with your own little jukebox on each table, they even give you the nickels to put in them! DS and I had a smoke house burger which was a cheese burger with bacon, onion ring and bbq sauce on with fries. DH had a chicken club sandwich and fries. The smoke house was delicious but bbq sauce got a bit sickly toward the end. With full bellies we walked up Int Drive to Sports Dominator and the Reebok shop, then we got the i-ride to Prime outlets (Belz)Mall 1 has the most shops, most of mall 2 seems to have moved to mall1! We bought a few things here mostly from the Gap outlet (I love this store!)
A few bags heavier we got the trolley back 'home' where we had an hours chill out to check out our purchases and then went to Pizza Hut for dinner (1/2 & 1/2 deep pan and small thin & crispy with drinks £15) After this we headed up to Pirates Cove golf. I had a discount coupon for this but when we got there it had magically disappeared only to reappear later on after I had paid!! This was great fun and it was quite busy, DS chose the challenging course and I ended up coming last!! Then it was back to the hotel and bed around midnight!
