so i have two options for my costume..
option one:
Floor of a Movie Theater Halloween Costume

Time: 30 minutes or less
Effort: Quick and easy – no sewing required
Materials:

Long-sleeved black shirt
Black pants
Candy and straw wrappers
Gum that has been chewed
Popcorn
Plastic cups
Wadded-up napkins
Stapler, glue gun, and glue sticks
White paint and brush (optional)
Instructions: Apply all the movie trash (candy wrappers, gum etc.) to the shirt and pants by stapling or hot gluing. Glue popcorn to shirt. Staple cups to shirt/pants.

Other details: Don't put cups on the backside of the pants - your child won't be able to sit down! You could also paint the bottom of a shoe with white paint and make a "footprint" on the clothes.

option two...
Salt Shaker Costume

Ages: Elementary school and up
Time: 20 minutes
Effort: Quick and easy - no sewing required
Materials:

White garbage bag
White paper plate
Black marker
Stapler
Instructions: Cut hole in the bottom of the garbage bag so it fits over your child's head. Cut a hole on each side of bag for your child's arms. With black marker, put a big "S" on the front of garbage bag. Then, take paper plate and draw little holes on the top. Staple a piece of string to each side of plate and tie under your child's chin. You have yourself a salt shaker.
