But cold winter nights are not that uncommon here.

Yeah mine's also 'cause I think I have Gym next semester... and I really want to be able to run a proper mile before then..
As my runner friends just roll their eyes at 1 mile.

yeah...not uncommon here in New Jersey either...we hit every season from the hot high 90s in the summer to the low cold 10s in the winter

I hate running the 1 mile...I am probably terrible at it. I am a long distance runner so I am really good at keeping a pace for long times
