After hearing about the new 'Club Level' (is that what you ask for when booking now?) I REALLY want to book that now.
Since we're not going until Fall of 2006, surely it will be completely finished by then.
I had thought about booking at The Villas but I think it would be to $$$.(We would want a 2 bdrm)
Are the chances of getting a bunkbed room still pretty good even when booking Concierge? Oops, Club level?
And all the 7th floor rooms are non-smoking right?
Chris
Mark said all the Resorts will be changing over to their "Club Names" they have all had them for years but just haven't been used that frequently. If you are going to be calling for your reservations soon I would just request Concierge as this is the verbiage that CRO is still using. The 7th floor does have rooms with the Bunk Beds so make your request at booking. All the rooms on the 7th floor are non-smoking.
The 2-bedroom Villas are beautiful and I would choose the Villas everytime.
Not sure how many are going to be traveling with you this trip, but I would also choose the 1-bedroom over Concierge if staying more than three days. Having the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room is priceless. Plus you would have twice the sq. ft.

Im going to WL, July 7 to 11, i have a woods view at AP rate 155 + tax. Is it possible to upgrade to Courtyard for 180 + tax at check-in. Or would i have to pay rackrate of 255 + tax ???

Chances are real good that you may receive an upgrade at no charge, at check-in just ask if a courtyard view is available. The upgrade charges I posted yesterday are to upgrade to Concierge Level, not for a view upgrade. Sending you

So I am on the fence here...we really liked the Bunk Bed idea. Can I request one at WL? What are the chances of me getting that request. We would have a courtyard room.
And is the clubhouse still open at WL for the kids so we could have a little adult time?

I know it's hard picking a resort with so many to choose from, I have stayed in almost all the Disney Resorts and each one has their own special feel. Where is my first choice...always the Wilderness Lodge
You may request Buck Beds, the Lodge will try and meet your request if they have a room with bunk beds available.
The Cubs Den is still available and two of my many nephews visited just last week-end ages 5 & 8 they didn't want to leave when we went to pick them up. (they had dinner while staying there) The cost was $10.00 per child per hour, my sister said it was worth every penny.
Hope you have a wonderful trip wherever you stay.
PS: Added this to say the night we used the Cubs Den they would only allow up to nine children. During your stay you may want to make a reservation with them as soon as you know which night you would like.
