Ok, so DXH (ex-husband) just picked up DS9 so it's into the shower I go and then off to partay with friends..........I'm FREE until 6pm on Sunday, then it's back to being a mom again.......

I'll miss my DS9 but I do LOVE having a free weekend all to myself

My plan for tomorrow is:

sleep late

eat chocolate for breakfast

walk the dog

take nap

eat more chocolate

nap again

more chocolate

shower, dress and then....

out to dinner with more friends!

****Repeat above for Sunday....DS9 returns at 6pm sharp!

[color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color], we have an exterminator that comes every couple of months, no bugs. We also have a Centricon contract (for termites) we live in a bad area for termites. I am not sure if they can do anything about Spiders; they are "Good Bugs" BTW, Glad she is doing better..It sounded really scary.

Danauk, the colourful smilies by the names are RRBB's attempt to personify our Tagliarchtical Artifacts. We use these Artifacts in the pursuit of the TAG FAIRY. How one gets one is simple, explain what artifact you want, and ask the TAGLIARCHY for a consensus. If it seems OK, then the very beautiful 25YO 5'6" Blond Haired Blue Eyed 120 lb RRBB (OK, in my dreams) will take some time and make/steal/modify a smiley for you...

Creating Keepsakes University starts next Thursday morning. I'm flying into Nashville on Wednesday. I joined a dorm with 6 others around the country - have never actually met any of them. What is a dorm at CKU? Basically it's just another way to have fun and show "school spirit". There are dorm contests that we can enter. Only one, the name & cheer/song, had to be sumbitted before we get to Nashville. The rest - costume, nametag, flag, table centerpiece - are all entered once we get there. Anyway, there are 7 of us in the dorm. We chose the name Gypsy Chicks - there's a popular vendor of scrapping products calle 7-Gypsies AND Nashville is big into country music/musicians like the Dixie Chicks.

Okay, now to the reason I'm freakin' out. We submitted our song at the beginning of the week - they had to be in by Monday. The CKU staff reviewed all entries and sent out email today letting the top three know who they are and that they have to perform their submission on Thursday night. That's in front of over 600 participants, instructors, sponsors, etc. I don't even know the tune our song is to. It's some Dixie Chicks song but I don't listen to country music and have never heard any of their songs. I just know we're gonna get up there and make fools of ourselves. At least Simon Cowel won't be there.

All I can say is, it's a good thing I was able to sneak on several times today at work so I could keep up with you kids! Of course, at many different times I was wishing I could jump in with my two cents, but couldn't. Now it's late and I don't even remember what I've read over the last 20 pages or so! So I'll just tell a story for [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR]. (WOW, love the new 'magic' buttons, thanks RRBB)

Yesterday at work I was in the kitchen getting coffee and in came a co-worker who (along with her hubby) is also a Disney aficionado. PixieMagic had recently told her about the DIS so she was telling me all the things that she had been checking out. I warned her to stay away from the debate borad and told her I had gotten addicted through the trip reports board. She said "Oh, I was reading one of those about a poor family that had all gotten sick on their trip. But it was never finished and I was so sad because I want to find out how it ended!" So I told her that I knew you from another thread and about the whole debate board debacle. She asked me to tell you that you have her complete sympathy and to not let those people from Uranus get you down!

Speaking of Uranus, it does remind me of a couple of comments I can add to todays chatter:

Coloring can be noted in the photo album. Let see, what else....oh favorite ride at WDW (old question I never answered) ...can I do one per park? MK is Buz, MGM is RnRC (but I'm going to try TofT next trip), AK is Dinosaur and Epcot is Test Track (not sure I'll ever try Mission Space).
Hmmmm. oh yeah, Bichon Barb, cute hubby, he looks like he's a fun guy, but he'd have to be just being around you!
And speaking of pics, HuggaBaloo, I always pictured you as tall as Baloo....well, you almost are! But then, I also pictured you rounder and kind of brown and fuzzy too

Thanks for the story. I've actually probably had more support than criticism. It's too bad. I wanted to finish my report too. Maybe I will, I have a bunch of pictures to post and I told quite a few people that had asked for the rest of the report that I would at least post the pictures. That's exactly what I was thinking. I think Huggabaloo would be a big ol' bear of a guy. Maybe it's just because he's standing next to an actual bear, but he looks so cute and tiny.

So exciting about DHB finally getting her dates. Now if only Daniel's school would make a decision.........

I'm going to put in a call to the doctor's office as soon as they open. Ella didn't have much of an appetite yesterday, but was happy as could be. She wasn't fussy or tired acting, no temperature. During her nap she threw up. She did it one other time in the evening and both times it was a tiny amount. She also had a little more action than normal at the other end.

How is everyone else this morning? I was up early to go to the toning tables (kind of beds that move and make you thinner - and yes they do work. I go 4 times a week, usually on my way home from work. I takes an hour to go around all the bed but is quite relaxing.
This evening I am working at the theatre. All the staff are volunteers who run the building. It is good fun though. Tonight I am behind the bar, but other nights I do different jobs, sometimes I work the box office, sometimes steward and sometimes work back stage. I like working back stage the best.

Well I better go and make sure my uniform is ironed.

AZKathy, Pixie Dust to you, I didn't think you could either. I checked with my HR department and was told it is legal; not very nice, but legal. I would ask Huggaballo... isn't he in HR? At any rate, I would definately keep up my Cobra Payments. I would also find out the benefits you will still receive as far as Wcomp and insurance. I think you still get Wcomp even if terminated? Not sure, don't want to call back over to HR to ask them...sorry...but I would definately find out the details....BTW, are you still planning your trip to WDW? I hope so, it sounds like you need a break. If the trip isn't paid for yet, and since Money will be tight for a while, well We would all understand. But then again, any sentence that starts with the two words "I Should" is always suspect...
