We have been busy with Scouts..getting ready for last Cub Scout den meeting on Friday, had my first Troop committee meeting last night, tonight is DS#2 ( eric's) rec nite at school. Talent Show is next week, so Eric is practicing his drum solo but most importantly, throw the sticks up in the air and catching them behind his back..

I am off to a MegaCrop this weekend.. Friday night ( after scouts)and then Saturday from 3PM to 1 am...I am now possessed to get last summer vacation done DONE.. so i can go on the cruise and start another album..


I am off site the rest of the week in MI and MN all next week..

So we paid our deposit for our stay at WDW in late September. I'm now all excited! It's gonna be tough financially but I-must-have-my-WDW fix. Thank God Joe understands!

Who's going where this year? We're going to Orange Park (outside of Jacksonville), FL in June for my 20th high school reunion. Then upstate NY for a wedding in early September. You know about WDW. Then it's Puerto Rico in November for a wedding. Fun but boy do I need money!

Anyone throwing a few gold coins around, toss a couple my way!

Hey Tinkbackwards and everyone else. I'm here. Been so busy lately.

Tigger Fans! is visiting her FIL. He has been ill but is doing a little better.

Guess what????? I'm going to DISNEYLAND!!! Just made my ressies today. Will leave March 18 and return the 27th. Won't spend the whole time at DL though. Just a few days. My family lives right down the street so DL is old hat to me. But it is still DL!!! Want me to bring you all anything back? Like some CA sunshine???? Best of all, Mydh said to go w/o the baby. He will take off from work, so I'll be a single woman in LA!!! whoooaaaa

have lots to do before I leave though. Gotta get Sam signed up for SAT and ACT classes, make college visit ressies over spring break etc. Will be busy!!

So Monday after work, I realized I had been the victim of a hit and run, probably sometime last week. The Durango is in the body shop now and I should get it back tomorrow. My deductible is 250.00 but being claim free I have gained some credit of 200.00, which will be mailed to me after the work is complete. So, it's gonna cost 50.00.....YAY! I mean, it could be 250.00, right?

See ya'll later or talk to you later, anyhow. When is the next party? We are DUE!

Well, how about this?

I just called the school system and they have a tentative calendar set for next year.

Fall break has been moved back a week! We are now scheduled for a break 10/9 - 10/17!!!

This totally changes everything! DHB had already had her DH request a different week, so now we have to see if they can be changed.

DHB and I already had a master plan all worked out - where we were going to stay, eat, send the hubbies away to meet with the Tagliarchy. Now it's all gone, gone, gone! We have to start all over.

BUT - it looks like there will definetly be a meet as far as we're concerned! Who's comin'!?!

Hey Lewski our Durango had been hit by someone too. We found it one day, don't know when or how it happened. Anyway, it was a lease and we waited until the end of the lease to get it fixed because it was small and we figured as soon as we got it fixed it would get hit again. As it turned out it only cost $250 to fix it, so we didn't bother with the insurance company.

Get lots of estimates, maybe it won't be too much and you can save your credit for a bigger one! <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_110.gif' border=0></a>

I love my Durango. It's getting fixed now. I get it back tomorrow. It was around 900 to get fixed, doesn't count against ME as an accident and worth 50.00 to repair. The sight of it would just bother me too much to let it go. I don't know how people do that.

If it would have been around 400, I would have taken it several places to get possible lower estimates.

I know this messes up all your plans [color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color], but I'm so happy. Now I know I'll get to meet up with you. And Nephosaurus is dancing around the room singing about bar hopping with Deadheadbelle. Just wait until I tell ohanafamily the news. I'm sure he'll be on the phone right away making arrangements and confirming plans for our October trip.

I guess I've gotten used to dents and dings. DH has put a dent in every vehicle we've ever had. Mostly just careless stuff. He's a very impatient driver too. Anyway the one in our Durango was very NOT obvious, don't even know how long it was there before we noticed it.

What color is yours? Our was platinum. We sent it back in January. I loved it, but it sure suck up the gasoline! We love our new van, but one day we'll probably go back to a SUV. With 3 kids, the Durango was nice, but the van is GREAT!

Nieceasaurs - you must talk auntie and uncle into a new costume for the MNSSHP partay!

Hey everyone!

Well, I am still reeling from [color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color]'s news. I called DH to tell him to change his vacation request. He just forwarded my voicemail with the new dates to his boss. I hope this all works out. I am freaking out....I guess we will go to my cousin's wedding on the 9th of October, then head to WDW on the 10th. Oh, did I mention that the wedding is in Toledo, OH? So, we will have lots of driving right before the trip. Oh well, I am just so happy that the new week is the week when more [color=0066FF]T[/color][color=CC0066]A[/color][color=00CC66]G[/color][color=00BFFF]L[/color][color=FF1493]I[/color][color=FF6600]K[/color][color=FFCC00]I[/color][color=9900FF]N[/color][color=00FF00]S[/color] will be there!! I just hope DH's vacation request goes through...all this waiting is driving me nuts!!!

sniff sniff not for me! I've got a kid going to college and trip planned to CA.
